Reporting to the Data Analytics lead, we are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this position, you will interpret, manage, and analyze data.
**Some of the key responsibilities:**
+ Leverage your understanding of the Australian market to assist our global IT partners in the collection, transformation and insightful visualisation of internal and external data
+ Work with internal stakeholders to understand key business questions.
+ Deliver strong communications that promote new and existing data sources and reporting, share best practice, onboarding of new users

+ Data mining and analysis to extract insights that unlock new growth opportunities or support CPs commercial strategy

**The Team:**
The Workforce Solutions Data Science team spearheads the creation of innovative products by developing core intellectual property through a scientific, research-driven approach. The role sits within a cross-functional squad including Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and Ontologists. Each squad is responsible for the complete lifecycle of data science models-from concept and development through to deployment via APIs. **Experience Overview:**

As a Data Center Design Manager you will be part of a global engineering leadership team, comprised of highly effective Architects, Structural, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Control Engineers. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum of 8 years of Project Management or Project Lead experience including RFQ/RFP process, selecting engineering teams, developing budgets, coordinating multiple consultant teams and facilitating meetings.
- Minimum of 8 years professional experience in data center or mission critical facility design with basic multidisciplinary knowledge of mission critical systems, design process, pre-construction requirements and the construction process.
- Direct experience in negotiating with regulatory agencies regarding departures from building code and construction change orders.
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues to senior leadership or non-engineers, develop basic business case financial projections and create performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineering or Architectural License
- 10+ years of directly related to data center design, construction, operations, and/or facility maintenance experience.
- Direct experience with delivering modular data centers design projects, including procurement and commissioning of facilities.
- Functional knowledge of industry standards, environmental codes, building codes and safety standards including International Building Code.
- Working Knowledge BIM, Salesforce, Procore and Smartsheets software

You will work on installing and troubleshooting the infrastructure that supports the AWS cloud. You will also be responsible to work with logistics and other teams to maintain daily operations. There is never a dull moment as each day presents itself with different challenges.
Key job responsibilities
- Install and configure racks of hosts in line with internal SLAs
- Diagnose and repair issues for server, storage and network devices, including the physical replacement of parts.
- Remediation or recovery of physical power issues on racks and participate in Data Center power & cooling events.
- Shift work (4 days on and 4 days off including night shifts on a rotational basis).
- This position also has a physical component requiring the ability to lift & rack equipment using our lifting equipment.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and their own vehicle to travel between sites.
