Key job responsibilities

Professional Services engages in a wide variety of projects for customers and partners, spanning diverse technologies across multiple industries. The Modernization Practice collaborates across the entire organization to deliver the best solutions for customers, connect with product and service teams, and drive feature innovation based upon customer needs. As trusted customer advocates, the Practice helps organizations understand best practices around advanced -based solutions, and how to migrate and/or re-develop existing workloads in the cloud. You will help shape, execute, and deliver solutions for a broad range of customer use cases primarily from large customers.
This is not a pure technical role, nor is it a pure selling role. It is an individual with a unique modernization and native development expertise, hands-on building, coupled with cross-industry business acumen, including a heavy dose of passion for continued knowledge acquisition and growth, obsession for customers, and their success using that will align well with the desired outcomes to be produced.
Key job responsibilities
As a Delivery Consultant, you will lead complex projects with autonomy and discretion, often involving multiple Amazon, customer and partner teams.
You will work with customers and partners, leading them through planning, prioritization and delivery of complex transformation and migration initiatives, while collaborating with relevant Sales, Service, and Support Teams.
You will design and deliver solutions that solve for new levels of complexity, scale and performance, and in turn, enable breakthrough innovations. You will create and apply frameworks, methods, best practices and artifacts that deliver prescriptive guidance to customers, and publish and present them in large forums and across various media platforms. You will guide customers' technical architecture and investments, maximizing alignment with the platform, and ease of adoption as new services and products become available.
An ideal candidate will be able to:
Helping customers architect scalable, highly available solutions that leverage services;
Architecting and developing customer applications to be optimized;
Working as a technical leader alongside customer business, development and teams;
Providing deep software development knowledge with respect , design patterns and programming;
Advising and implementing best practices;
Implementing practices such as as code, continuous and automated deployment leveraging Generative AI

Working Backwards from desired customer outcomes to design and deliver technical solutions.
Creating, articulating, and positioning an innovative and compelling vision and value proposition for customers to migrate and modernize to the AWS cloud.
Working on projects with autonomy and discretion.
Collaborating across customers and partner teams to drive and shape solutions that accelerate customer's business outcomes.
Advising and Assisting customers how to implement solutions.
Assisting customers with building Proof of Concepts and implementing AWS services.
Collaborating with Sales and AWS Service Teams.
Researching, validating, and beta testing new AWS Services.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience developing software code in one or more programming languages (java, python, etc.)
- Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies
- Experience in IT implementation
- Experience with cloud native technologies
- Experience with software development life cycle (sdlc) and agile/iterative methodologies
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery
- Experience with converting monolith applications to microservices on cloud and building -native applications on cloud
- 3+ years of experience as a contact center technology architect, enterprise IT Architect or senior contact center developer, with at least 1+ year experience with any of the following platforms: Amazon Connect (preferred), Avaya, Cisco, Genesys, NICE InContact, Salesforce. Knowledge of Amazon Connect or Amazon Lex capabilities, benefits, and required deployment skills
Preferred Qualifications

What you’ll be doing in this role

p>You’ll provide care, companionship and emotional support to residents living in our aged care home, to help support their independence and improve their quality of life

p>Provide driving services to and be responsible for the welfare and safety of residents and clients travelling between their places of residence and other Uniting Locations and on outings

Assist residents and clients to enter and exit the bus and provide mobility support as required

Provide supervision of residents and clients and ensure their safety always

Assisting with medication and simple wound dressings and

Supporting residents in community-based recreational and social activities.
