In this role, you will work with the regional Director of Product Management (International) to help drive the strategic direction of NetSuite product portfolio . You will be collaborating closely with sales and account management teams, Product Managers, Product Design, Engineering and other NetSuite value streams and business units to build and drive a regional roadmap that aligns with organizational goals and product strategy.
This role has a heavy emphasis on collaboration with markets, sales, pre-sales, and post-sales teams and as such will have a dotted reporting line to local ANZ head of pre-sales solutioning to ensure alignment on product strategy and positioning for current and future solutions.
As a senior member of the product team this role requires a detail-oriented, action-oriented leader who can balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll influence and mentor others leading by example and fostering a collaborative environment.

**Experience:**
+ 10+ years of experience in product management with strong success record, with at least 4+ years in a senior IC or leadership role.
+ Demonstrated success in managing mid-market software products, with direct experience in ERP or Financial software space.
+ Proven success in building effective business cases to justify strategy/roadmaps
+ Experience in leading global teams across international time zones and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch at scale.
+ Proven track record of driving product innovation, with understanding of Agile and design thinking methodologies.
+ Demonstrated success in using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and inform decisions
+ Awareness of ANZ regional specific business initiatives and regulations that impact NetSuite customers and target market such as PayID and PayNow, Banking data regulations (CDR), Payroll data usage, Peppol electronic invoicing, and others.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Market Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the ANZ business landscape, including industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer needs specific to Australia and New Zealand.
+ Product Strategy: Define and execute the ANZ regional product roadmap for NetSuite, aligning with global product strategies while tailoring solutions to meet local market requirements and customer expectations.
+ Product Definition: Work with ANZ, and related, Product Development teams to define requirements related to compliance, work with designers to validate UX, including addressing issues in usability, and interacting with developers to educate and validate product creations.
+ Product Localisation: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, sales, solution consulting and customer success to ensure the successful localisation of NetSuite products , considering local regulations, tax systems, and both prevailing and emerging business practices.
+ Customer &Partner Engagement: Build strong relationships with key customers and partners in the region to gather feedback, understand their pain points, and advocate for their needs within the product development process. This would include working with advocacy groups such as ANZ Customer & Partner Advisory Board(s).
+ Product Launch and Go-to-Market: Support regional Product GTM team to plan and execute the launch of new products, features, and enhancements in the ANZ market, collaborating with, marketing, sales, solution consulting and customer success teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
+ Training and Enablement: Lead workshops to educate internal stakeholders, partners, and customers on new local product offerings, ensuring a seamless adoption process. i.e. Australia Bank Feed SuiteApp

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**

**EDUCATION AND SKILLS**

ABOUT THE ROLE
The SAP Business One ("SAP B1) Project Manager will manage and execute new SAP B1 implementation project. This role involves being the internal lead in the project from initiation through to successful deployment. Reporting to the CFO, you will be working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders.
This role is on a part time basis working three days a week for a fixed term period of 6 months.
RESPONSIBILITIES
o Internal lead for the end-to-end implementation of SAP B 1 project, including planning, execution, and go-live
o Establish with supplier the project scope, deliverables, governance, project plans, schedules, and budgets
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project in-scope versus out of scope functionalities, testing and documentation requirements to manage acceptance and approvals
o Ensure project deliverables are completed on-time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards
o Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
o Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project sponsors and business stakeholders
o Ensure appropriate project documentation is developed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle
o Collaborate with supplier on detailed business process analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
o Strong understanding of production module to optimise customisation for MRO process
o Manage end-to-end change request process for any new requirement other than scope of work
o During implementation oversee system setup, data migration, and integration with other systems
o Provide training to Business leads and maintain knowledge base
o Troubleshoot and resolve, with supplier, any issues that arise during and after the implementation phase
**Complementary Description**
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Five or more years of experience managing SAP B1 implementation projects
- SAP certification preferred
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience with SAP B1 module, configuration and customisation; and related technologies
- Strong understanding of SAP B1 implementation methodologies
- Knowledge of the SAP B1 customisation, preferably Usability Package experience
- Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Financial Reporting
- Knowledge of business intelligence (BI) a plus
