Key Responsibilities:
br>- Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans for large-scale projects, clearly defining scope, objectives, approach, and required resources.
- Analyse test coverage to ensure all critical functionality—including edge cases and non-functional requirements—is thoroughly tested.
- Design, implement and maintain advanced automated test scripts using frameworks such as Cypress, SpecFlow, and others—this may include building or extending custom frameworks. < r>- Define and drive the automation strategy, identifying what should be automated versus manually tested based on application stability and risk.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers and interns, sharing best practices and supporting skill development across the team.
- Conduct internal training sessions to uplift testing capability across the business, sharing insights into new tools, techniques and industry trends.
- Perform detailed manual testing of complex features and integrations that require hands-on validation.
- Carry out exploratory testing to uncover defects, usability issues, and edge cases not covered by standard test cases.
- Identify and document critical defects, ensuring clear communication and escalation where they may impact users or business outcomes.
- Lead and execute performance testing (load, stress, scalability, latency) to validate system performance under varying conditions.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development process, from design through to delivery.
- Work alongside product managers and business analysts to understand requirements and align testing strategies with business goals.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on testing progress, key risks, and identified issues.
- Lead defect triage sessions, assisting with prioritisation based on severity, user impact, and project timelines.
- Take ownership of root cause analysis for complex defects, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to prevent reoccurrence.
- Generate and present detailed test execution reports, offering insights into quality metrics, test coverage, and defect trends.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve testing processes through automation, new tools, or more efficient workflows.
- Assess, recommend and implement new testing technologies and frameworks that enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Actively contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives, including providing accurate effort estimates and sharing insights for continuous improvement.

What You'll DoIn the role of Quality Assurance Technician, your duties will include:
+ Provides support in quality assurance (QA) tasks, collaborating with the QA team.
+ Assists in organizing and conducting quality training programs.
+ Participates in quality audits to assess compliance with established standards and identify areas for improvement.
+ Uses basic quality tools and principles to contribute to problem-solving efforts and assess the effectiveness of solutions.
+ Creates inspection reports to document work area conditions and ensure compliance with quality requirements.
+ Recommends corrective actions based on inspection findings to address deviations from standards.
+ Validates and verifies compliance with contractual quality standards.
+ Ensures alignment between the quality management function and performance needs.

+ Documents nonconformities and assists in follow-up audits on corrective actions.
+ Supports inspections to ensure compliance with documented procedures/contract requirements.

Qualifications:
+ Must be a US or AUS Citizen
+ Must possess a US TS/SCI with Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
+ Must have a minimum of one year of quality experience.
+ Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards.
+ Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods.
+ Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
+ Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.

Here at Amazon we're seeking for a results driven Senior Project Manager to launch the Project Management function of our Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) operations for Australia.
The ICQA mission is to drive down defects in Amazon's inventory through development of a data landscape and by focusing on continuous process improvements. This is accomplished through our ICQA standard processes. Our vision is to meet and exceed customers' expectations, both buyers and sellers, with defect-free order fulfillment. Customers get exactly what was ordered in the best possible condition because the inventory was received, stowed, picked, packed, and shipped in the most effective and accurate way achievable. The Senior Program Manager will play an active and critical role in the AU ICQA team, leading top projects from roadmap and supporting AU ICQA regional team and central team in implementing AU ICQA vision, mission and strategy, as well as other departments such as Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES), Loss and Prevention (LP), Finance, Ops Integration (Concessions team) and Learn and Development (L&D). Senior PM will drive speed, quality, and simplification by eliminating rework loops and implementing and supporting best practices across the business, minimizing process variability through standardization and automation.
To be successful in this role, the candidate will require knowledge in operations and apply the best project management approach depending on project's needs and be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced global environment, assess and manage risks on an ongoing basis.

- Execute projects on time versus scheduled and accordingly to resource capacity planning,
