The Senior Specialist, QARC role is accountable for ensuring organization's compliance status against applicable quality processes, regulatory requirements, and harmonised standards is continually understood, monitored, and communicated. Where compliance gaps are identified, the Senior Specialist develops and drives appropriate remediation plans to ensure timely and effective resolution.
This on-site role is based in Melbourne and reports to the Director II, Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Perform IVD Product registrations (Class 1/11/111, under IVDR Class A/B/C and Companion Diagnostic devices) with local governments in time and in accordance with global product launch schedule and local launch plans.
+ Make technical documentation available for inspection by the TGA as provided by legal manufacturers. Ensure maintenance of licenses and complete on time license renewals as required.
+ Ensure correct labeling, UDI, and other related requirements as supplied to the region are in compliance with local regulation prior to placing the product on the market in SAP for import.
+ Plan registration strategies and create action plans and timelines with SU and legal manufacturers for product change implementation, new product launches, and market expansion activities.
+ Ensure processes remain compliant related to product import, warehousing, labeling and delivery to ensure sustained quality of products sold.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, biomedical, medical technology or a related technical field.
+ Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality Assurance and/or regulatory affairs in a regulated environment, preferably medical device or vitro diagnostics.
+ Working knowledge of ISO 13485, risk management, audits, CAPA, nonconformance and document control.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
+ Ability to travel occasionally, with travel expectations for this role being low (less than 10%).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Experience supporting both Regulatory and Quality Assurance responsibilities within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
+ Experience in medical device or in vitro diagnostics environments.

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and repair of Radiometer instrument. Enable achievement of RPAC Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) through delivering excellence in Services activities.
This position reports to the Service Manager and is part of the RPAC Field Service Team located in East Perth, Western Australia and will be a remote role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Prove your technical ability to troubleshoot and repair complex instrumentation
+ Execute all service processes in line with the RPAC quality manual
+ Assist the RPAC service team in maintaining any relevant KPIs
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Equivalent of 2 years in industry experience in service, technical support or plant maintenance
+ Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Biomedical, or related discipline) or equivalent hands-on industry experience
+ Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role
+ Ability and willingness to travel 30% within WA/NT or nationally if required.
+ Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Have experience in servicing Radiometer and Beckman Coulter instruments
+ Experience with diagnostic or laboratory equipment, particularly blood gas analyzers

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Coordinate -end-to-end service operations, including job creation, processing in SAP/SFDC, scheduling preventive and reactive maintenance visits, and dispatching service engineers.
+ Provide operational support to customers and service partners, including enquiry handling, spare parts coordination, customs documentation, quotation support, and warranty/PDOA documentation.

The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, basic repairs, and troubleshooting of clinical and research instrumentation under established procedures and guidance. The role supports service performance through timely preventative maintenance, accurate documentation, and professional customer interaction, while developing technical capability over time.
Working as part of the ANZ Service Team, the Field Service Technician supports customer satisfaction and equipment availability by delivering consistent, reliable service and escalating complex technical issues as required.
This position reports to the TAC Supervisor and is part of the ANZ Service Team located in Brisbane. It is a remote role covering QLD, with support to other ANZ regions when required.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Deliver field service support by performing preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on histopathology instrumentation in accordance with standard procedures and service manuals.
