Ideagen is on the lookout for a highly experienced Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex software implementation projects for our enterprise clients. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for leadership and a background in software project delivery, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large scale software projects.
- Provide strategic oversight and manage project risks and escalations.
- Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
- Mentor and manage a team of 2–3 Project Managers.
- Oversee project financials and resource allocation.
- Experience in delivering complex software projects.
- Experience in a leadership role managing project teams.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in WHS or compliance software is a plus.
- SaaS implementation knowledge and project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
