+ Provides assistance to site personnel, and/or eligible dependents, with individual health and fitness program development and instruction.
+ Works with a wellness team to plan and execute a comprehensive wellness program and provide fitness services to the site population.
+ Instructs safe, effective, and multi-level group exercise classes, to include HIIT, Kickboxing, Step, Yoga, Total Strength, Boot Camp, Zumba, Cycling, any cardio-type classes such as Hi/Lo, Stability Ball, stretching/flexibility, and abdominal/crunch classes.
Requirements:
+ Must be a US or Australian citizen
+ Must have a minimum of three years of experience working in the health and fitness field
+ Must have experience working with customers at all fitness skill levels and knowledge of principles of exercise physiology and functionality of relevant fitness equipment
+ Must possess an Active Certificate Level II (or higher) Fitness Australia, or certifications from Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AF AA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength, and Conditioning Specialist or NSCA Certified Personal Trainer
