The STAR program is a 2-year program, during which time you will gain experience in different areas. **In this role as a STAR student, you will have the opportunity to:**

Our STAR Program candidates will be:
+ Studying Degree(s) in Business, perhaps with an IT major although other academic backgrounds will be considered
+ **Finishing their studies no earlier than end of 2027**
+ Able to work at least 2 days per week during semester (3 days preferred)
+ High calibre, self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills in English
+ Interested in technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
As a key member of the Travel Retail Asia Pacific team, the Regional Trainer will be in-charge of providing innovation, sales and service training to Coty's Brand Ambassadors and generic staff for Travel Retail Asia Pacific region.
You will also drive and manage consumer events primarily in the Pacific region and/or where needed.You build strong relationships with both the office and field teams and be the bridge to execute Brand(s) and markets retail strategies to coach BA behaviors in exhibiting best-in-class retail experience and building solid BA productivity.
As the face of BA expertise, you will play a critical role in co-creating a strong selling foundation for each BA and in return for BA to bring forth a memorable customer experience for each consumer at the point of sales. This position will be 75% in-store and 25% in office administration with work traveling opportunities.

**YOUR MAIN FOCUS:**
**Retail Education Responsibilities:**
+ Be the mentor of the BAs and lead by example in refinement of service excellence and selling expertise at point of sales.
+ Lead communication with Commercial and Education for a collaborative relationship in achieving sales excellence.
+ Plan, coordinate and communicate with operators for all BA training arrangement.
+ Manage all logistics around training sessions directly with the operators.
+ In collaboration with Education, support the customization and preparation of coaching and productivity trackers for BAs.
+ Plan and conduct onboarding sessions for new BAs.
+ Conduct by focus seasonal training sessions for BA/Generic Staffs of operators.
+ Assist in coordinating and participating at the Annual Brand Ambassadors Seminar for COTY Travel Retail Asia Pacific.
+ Align and Plan scheduled 1:1 BA coaching by focus by a period with Education with follow-ups sessions to ensure consistency of service delivery, grooming, and achievement of sales goals.
+ Track results and provide report/feedback to Commercial and Education team for goals alignment, by door by BA productivity and progress.
+ Provide input to the Commercial and Education team regarding reward and incentive plans for BAs and support BAs motivation programs.
**Promotions and Event Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with Commercial and Education in planning, executing and fronting consumer workshops and events.
+ In collaboration with Education, support the preparation of the BAs and promoters to support the events/workshops to achieve sales targets.
+ Proactiveness in providing feedback to improve the consumer journey and outpost set up
**Operation Responsibilities:**
+ Monthly analysis of individual BA productivity and feedback to Commercial team. Accountable in supporting and developing BA's overall performance and productivity.
+ Annual assessment and Review of BA 's in conjunction with Commercial feedback.
+ Assist in Promotional set up and review performance weekly vs target.
+ Assist in Launch file submissions and photo collation to Commercial
+ Feedback on Visual updates and changes required to the commercial team.

We are looking for a talented HSE Graduate _or_ HSE Coordinator to join our Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) Team.
Reporting to the Asia Pacific Environment and Sustainability Leader, you will provide technical support, training and support to HSE Leader and assist in the analysis, review and sustainability of HSE project, initiatives and systems.
_This role can be based in either Scoresby, VIC or Carole Park, QLD._
**You will make an impact in the following ways:**
**Supporting**
+ Providing training and assistance to HSE Leaders and operations on our internal data incident and training management systems (Enablon, Census, and MyHR), and helping to trouble shoot any problems with the systems
+ Developing and drafting training materials and supporting the conducting of training sessions for new HSE processes and procedures implemented within the region
+ Conducting research and investigation projects into specific areas of HSE
+ The development of training packages and kits for Regional HSE Managers
+ Conducting research and scoping investigation projects into specific Environmental areas such as energy consumption, waste reduction and minimising water use
+ Collaborates with Meritor HSE team in the region as required
+ Establishes a working relationship with key Cummins-DKSH JV HSE team members
**Coordinating**
+ The dissemination of information or processes for HSE and coordinating the completion of implementation progress scorecards
+ The administration of HSE training material into MyHR and being a key contact for the Asia Pacific region for any queries relating to HSE Training,
+ Coordinating specific projects related to HSE as approved by the Environment and Sustainability Leader APAC.
+ The Environmental Initiatives Program for the Asia Pacific Region (eg. June Environment Month, waste management, reducing energy consumption, etc) and providing support to the Environmental Champions across APAC
+ The dissemination of information or processes for HSE and coordinating the completion of implementation progress scorecards by the Business
**Monitoring**
+ Assisting in the tracking and following up regional HSE leaders in the completion of project scorecards on a monthly and quarterly basis
+ Tracking the completion of special projects and implementation of new processes and training as directed by the Environment and Sustainability Leader APAC.
**Reporting**
+ Responsibility for identifying and soliciting for relevant stories from the country and HSE leaders for inclusion in the periodic HSE communications
+ Assisting with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports on HSE performance and training completion
+ Networking within the business to identify and report Best Practices executed by the business and lead the sharing of the best practices across the Group
+ Assist in the administration and maintenance of information sharing internal portals
**Ad hoc**
+ Provide occasional support and assistance to regional HSE teams
+ Participate as a member of the local Community Involvement Team
+ Any other tasks as required and reasonably directed by the APAC HSE Leadership team.
