Mygration is engaged to seek a creative Instructional Multimedia Designer to develop innovative digital learning solutions for our corporate compliance and professional training programs. This role combines expertise in multimedia design with instructional design principles to create engaging e-learning modules, interactive content, and data-driven learning experiences aligned with regulatory standards and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design/develop e-learning modules & multimedia content
• reate compliance training (e.g., anti-money laundering, governance) using videos, simulations, and infographics < r>
2. Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs)
• P rtner with legal/compliance SMEs to translate regulations into accessible learning materials < r>
3. Apply instructional design principles
• U e ADDIE/SAM models to structure courses; embed assessments for certification readiness < r>
4. Update e-learning content
• R fresh existing modules to reflect regulatory changes (e.g., ATO/ASIC updates) < r>
5. Embed data tracking in learning programs
• I tegrate x API/LMS analytics to capture completion rates, assessment scores, and feedback < r>
6. Research internal/external program context
• A dit industry trends (e.g., microlearning, VR) to enhance technical training efficacy < r>
7. Consult management on training options
• A vise on cost-effective digital strategies for staff upskilling and client certifications < r>
8. Foster a learning culture
• C rate a reusable content library for rapid deployment across client projects < r>
Essential Qualifications & Skills
• M ndatory: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, Educational Technology, or related field (AQF Level 7+) 13.
• P rtfolio Requirement: Submit 3+ samples demonstrating interactive learning modules (e.g., SCORM packages, video demos) 3. < r>
Technical Proficiencies
• D sign Software: Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Articulate Storyline, Captivate < r>• D ta & Analytics: LMS administration (e.g., Moodle, Canvas), xAPI, competency assessment tools < r>• I structional Models: ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning principles 12
Soft Skills
• S akeholder negotiation for brief scoping < r>• V sual storytelling for complex compliance topics < r>• C itical analysis of learning efficacy metrics < r>
Performance Metrics
• C ntent Effectiveness: 90%+ learner satisfaction & 85%+ assessment pass rates. < r>• T meliness: 100% of projects delivered within regulatory deadlines. < r>• I novation: Annual integration of ≥2 emerging technologies (e.g., AI-driven simulations)
This role directly supports:
• D velopment of accredited courses (e.g., RG146 compliance). < r>• C ient-facing digital learning platforms. < r>• D ta-driven redesign of legacy training materials. < r>
