With expertise in cataloging, curating, and maintaining technical documents and resources, you excel at ensuring that critical information is easily accessible and up-to-date. Your strong attention to detail, familiarity with library management systems, and ability to organize complex information make you a key resource in fostering knowledge and innovation.

What You'll DoIn the role of Technical Librarian, your duties will include:
+ Manage technical resources, including books, journals, and electronic media.
+ Catalog and maintain technical documents and archives.
+ Assist users in finding technical resources and provide research assistance.
+ Implement and manage library management systems and databases.
+ Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
+ Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
+ Other duties as required.
Requirements:
+ Must be a US or Australian Citizen
+ Must possess a US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
+ Associate degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in managing a technical library or similar resources.
+ Strong organizational and IT skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
+ Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
+ Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
This role will be located in Alice Springs.
