Who You AreYou're an organized and resourceful Technical Librarian with a passion for managing information and supporting research needs. With expertise in cataloging, curating, and maintaining technical documents and resources, you excel at ensuring that critical information is easily accessible and up-to-date. Your strong attention to detail, familiarity with library management systems, and ability to organize complex information make you a key resource in fostering knowledge and innovation.

Known for your ability to manage digital and physical libraries, assist with research, and ensure compliance with industry standards, you play a crucial role in supporting mission-critical operations. What You'll DoIn the role of Technical Librarian, your duties will include:
+ Manage technical resources, including books, journals, and electronic media.
+ Catalog and maintain technical documents and archives.
+ Assist users in finding technical resources and provide research assistance.
+ Implement and manage library management systems and databases.
+ Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
+ Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
+ Other duties as required.
Requirements:
+ Must be a US or Australian Citizen
+ Must possess a US TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph or AUS PV Clearance.
+ Associate degree in Library Science, Information Science, or a related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in managing a technical library or similar resources.
+ Strong organizational and IT skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
+ Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
+ Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.
This role will be located in Alice Springs.
