We are looking for an **experienced and strategic Marketing Manager** to lead our **Essential Dental Solutions portfolio** across Australia and New Zealand. Managing key brand portfolios across Endodontics, Restorative & Preventative, you'll collaborate with commercial, clinical, and global teams to drive growth, innovation, and education in the dental sector.
**Key responsibilities:**
+ Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for the assigned product portfolio
+ Create engaging sales tools, content, and training materials
+ Lead and support continuing education initiatives and clinical programs
+ Conduct market analysis, define portfolio direction, and drive product launches
+ Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, practitioners, and stakeholders
+ Partner with sales teams to provide field coaching and commercial insights
+ Oversee inventory strategy, lifecycle management, and pricing with Operations
+ Measure campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements
**What you'll bring:**
+ Degree in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare (Dental experience highly regarded)
+ 5+ years in a similar marketing or product management role, ideally in dental/medical devices
+ Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen
+ Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
+ Experience developing content and training programs across multiple platforms
+ Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive, solution-focused approach
+ Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce.com preferred)
