**About you**
+ 7+ years of experience delivering mission critical projects within an engineering consultancy in the Australian Property & Building sector.
+ Proven experience working in data centres, transport, healthcare and/or aviation.
+ A relevant engineering degree in Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering-or equivalent industry experience.
+ Proven ability to collaborate with MEP engineers, Controls and Security designers.
+ Specialist in ICT and/or Telecommunications and ability to provide this technical expertise.
+ Experience preparing technical documentation (e.g. specifications, schematics, reports) and managing construction phase services.
+ Demonstrated project leadership experience in managing project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder relationships.

+ Research, analysis, design, modeling, and test of wireless networks including but not limited to radio frequency (RF), microwave systems, data links and digital radio.

The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. **The Role**

You will design, configure, test, and maintain the configuration management of new system and management networks including TCP/IP and MODBUS. You will conduct thorough analyses of electronic RF data, preparing detailed reports and briefings that communicate your findings and recommendations to key stakeholders. You will work closely with other professionals, military personnel, and government agencies to share information and support joint operations. Staying abreast of advancements in electronic systems and RF data processing technologies, you will contribute to the development of new analytical tools and methodologies to enhance our capabilities.
This role will be located in Alice Springs, AUS, and is expected to be 100% onsite.
What You'll Do
As an RF Specialist - Mid, you will:
+ Perform analysis of electronic RF data, compile reports, and present findings to customers
+ Collaborate closely with others including military and government stakeholders to support joint operations
+ Track new advancements in electronic systems and RF technologies to provide improved capabilities
+ Interface with operations managers, operators and analysts, using the latest technologies to provide support for operational requirements and strategic development
Required Qualifications:
+ Must have a US TS/SCI with polygraph or AUS PA Clearance
+ 4+ years of experience in ground station operations
+ Knowledge of RF data requirements and oversight policies
+ Ability to perform, collaborate, and build solid relationships in a large, operational working environment
+ Ability to support 24/7 operations
+ Ability to obtain timely medical and psychological clearance
+ Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in digital RF operations and processing, or 4+ years of experience in digital RF operations and processing in lieu of a degree
Desired Qualifications:
+ Experience with RF technical work in a ground station operations area
+ Experience using specialized tasking, operations, exploitation, analysis, and mapping tools
+ Ability to identify system inaccuracies and recommend improvements
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Completion of a 2810, 3810, 450, or 451 Analysis Course

**Responsibilities:**

+ Understanding of banking products (loans, FX, derivatives, cash management, trade) and knowledge of Capital Markets and Corporate and Structured Finance products
+ Ability to work within a matrix organization and collaborate effectively with product partners and banking colleagues, locally, regionally and globally.
+ Good understanding of financial statements including profit and loss statement and balance sheet
+ Proven and progressive related lending/credit experience or equivalent product experience
+ Demonstrated credit skills, including a background in credit
+ Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities products preferred
+ Knowledge of Corporate Banking business including related products, pertinent regulations and the lending and credit approval process
