The **Sr** **Project Manager** is responsible for the successful delivery of their assigned project. **YOU MUST HAVE**
+ Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or Information Technology (Preferred)
+ Tertiary qualifications in Project Management are preferred.
+ Further education in management or project management would also be advantageous
+ Proven experience in project management including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting and planning preferably on projects in excess of $10M.
+ Demonstrated experience in safety and safety management on large commercial and infrastructure projects.
+ Demonstrated project experience involving the delivery of large and complex building management and HVAC systems.
+ Commitment to the development of junior or less experienced staff in the project team

**Job Description**
**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Present the project scope, execution, schedule, cost estimates, resource management, risk and opportunity register, contingency jointly with the Proposals Team to GE's global management teams as per GE Tender Approval Matrix for the R- Process and PRB approvals.
+ Project shaping and/or developing during the bidding and project definition phase while working collaboratively with the proposals and pre-contracts teams.
+ Projects will include EPC Turnkey or EPC - GE + 3rd Party consortium led Turnkey projects with a contract value of (AUD $300m plus)
+ Integrating project installation and construction deliverables with Wind Turbine design, sourcing, and delivery plans.
+ Leading (and complying with) EHS performance across the project value chain and at the wind farm project site
+ Understand internal EHS policies and procedures, gain knowledge of local EHS regulations and lead by EHS Culture change by integrating safety during project planning and development through to delivering projects
+ Empower team the to report any unsafe practices and take necessary actions to pre-empt accidents or incidents
+ React immediately to any untoward incident, communicate swiftly and transparently to senior management and stakeholders, take corrective actions to mitigate the situation.
+ Work with the ANZ safety leader to roll out safety training for GE project staff and all sub-contractor personnel working for GE on the project which will drive the culture of "preventive/proactive" Safety Management.
+ Resolve issues by coordinating and integrating the activities of internal functions (such as finance, engineering, product quality, project teams) and external parties (such as contractors, sub- contractors, the client, the consortium partner).
+ Work with project controls and the commercial contract management team on scope change management, cost reporting, head contracts management and communication with the client.
+ Conduct a detailed review with the Commercial Leader and understand commercial scope, cost estimates, as-bid versus as-sold CM/profit margins, cash flow requirements, boundary conditions, reporting requirements, etc. and monitor the project on various commercial parameters to anticipate potential issues that could adversely impact commercial parameters (such as profitability, cash flow, etc.)
+ Verify that scope changes are appropriately notified and oversee resolution of commercial implications from such scope changes.
+ Participate in the performance of contracts and sub-contracts involving cranage, installation and commissioning crews.
+ Manage the commissioning, installation, and site teams to deliver the project as per GE's internal schedule and budgets.
+ Define, develop, document, and roll out processes which will allow teams to capture and apply lessons learned on installation and commissioning productivities on projects.
+ Organize staffing of the full project team by directing and guiding direct reports, peer level functional and discipline leaders to mobilize the required resources.
+ Work with the project team to ensure they have tools, processes and the relevant staff to ensure timely mechanical completion and commissioning/SCADA activities.
+ Take the lead in project reviews
+ Drive reduction in COQ for the project
+ Ensure document control and management at the site
**Qualifications, Requirements & Experience**
+ Bachelor's in engineering/Construction or Commercial/Law - Electrical, Electronics of Power Electronics, Mechanical Engineering.
+ Proven experience in wind farm construction projects and / or Infrastructure or Power Generation will be highly regarded.
+ Work efficiently without direct supervision and lead team projects personnel
+ Knowledge on Renewable policies and national / state / regional requirements
+ In depth Knowledge of Project Management and Project execution including Installation and Commissioning
+ Experience handling Consortium type projects required
+ Strong commercial, contract and financial acumen.
+ Good computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and knowledge of Database operations.
+ Knowledge of ISO & Safety Standard's

- Perform elicitation and development of AIR6500 FPS requirements, support AIR6500 OCD change management and Commonwealth review of related Industry deliverables (eg. FBL)

Due to strategic growth and a strong project pipeline, we are looking for a Principal level Primary Systems Engineer to join our Energy Team, in Sydney. As a Principal Engineer you will lead the design and delivery of substation design, drive technical excellence across multi-disciplinary teams and contribute to some of the largest projects / programs of work across Australia's high-voltage energy network.

**Qualifications**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Outcomes Research (50% of time)**
You will work closely with the Head of Real-World Evidence team to design local clinical trials and studies using secondary databases to evaluate the real-world effectiveness of our products. Your responsibilities will include:
+ Designing prospective studies that collect important health outcomes and patient-reported measures aligned with strategic goals.
+ Collaborating with business partners to develop evidence generation plans that reinforce our product value propositions and support market access.
+ Analysing healthcare data to uncover insights related to disease patterns and the impact of medications. You will serve as an advisor for data generation projects, providing support on study design and execution.
_Analytical Acumen_
In this role, you will assist in developing analytic plans for various studies and contribute to data analysis efforts, leveraging diverse methodologies to address business insights. You will provide guidance on statistical methods and communicate results effectively across different channels.
_Value Capturing_

+ Support the development of robust reimbursement and pricing strategies and coordinate the development of payer submissions for J&J NZ product portfolio, including new medicine applications, multiproduct proposals, and requests for proposals for in-market medicines.
+ Conduct analyses including building financial models to determine pricing and access strategies for J&J NZ portfolio to seek national reimbursement or maintain reimbursement in NZ
+ Work closely and partner with regional and global market access and pricing colleagues to ensure pricing and reimbursement strategies navigate successfully through internal processes, and align with global value policies.

+ Post-graduate degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, any Biomedical Science discipline, Public Health or related field is desirable.
+ Preferred related industry experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry & minimum 2-year experience in health economics and/or pricing
+ Must have understanding of clinical research process from program planning to publication.
+ Good oral (including presentation) and written communication, project management, and computer/database management skills.
+ Strong analytical, financial, and commercial acumen to answer business questions, develop effective and robust pricing and reimbursement strategies which are founded on insights from various data sources and market access trends.
+ Effective communication and negotiation skills: Demonstrable experience in successful communication of value strategies throughout product lifecycle in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders though the support of evidence generation, and the evaluation of pricing strategies to realise optimum value.
+ Knowledge of statistical analysis. Ability to use statistical software (TreeAge, STATA, R, SAS) will be desirable
