**Day to day tasks would involve:**

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team, supporting system design, integration, and sustainment activities across highly complex vehicle systems. This includes exposure to mobility, lethality, survivability, electronic systems, and integrated logistic support.

Responsibilities:
+ Apply systems engineering principles across the full lifecycle, from requirements development through to verification & validation.
+ Support the development and review of Technical Investigations, Engineering Support Reports and Technical Instructions for armoured vehicle systems.
+ Participate in engineering design reviews and contribute to engineering change and configuration management processes.
+ Assist in the integration of mechanical, electrical, and mission systems, including weapons, protection, and C4I sub-systems.
+ Contribute to the preparation and review of System Engineering Management Plans, Test & Evaluation strategies, and Risk Management activities.
+ Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with Defence standards, certification requirements, and the Contractor Engineering Management Plan.
+ Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with Defence, industry partners and suppliers.

+ Degree qualifications in Engineering (Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems).
+ Proven experience in systems engineering within Defence programs, ideally in the land domain.
+ Practical knowledge of requirements management, risk management, configuration management, and V&V processes.
+ Exposure to land vehicle systems (weapons, sensors, communications, survivability or mobility subsystems) highly regarded.
+ Familiarity with ASDEFCON, AEO requirements and Defence acquisition processes.
+ Current NV1 AGSVA Security Clearance.
