Ideagen is on the lookout for a highly experienced Software Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex software implementation projects for our enterprise clients. If you're a strategic thinker with a passion for leadership and a background in software project delivery, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large scale software projects.
  • Provide strategic oversight and manage project risks and escalations.
  • Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
  • Mentor and manage a team of 2–3 Project Managers.
  • Oversee project financials and resource allocation.
Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in delivering complex software projects.
  • Experience in a leadership role managing project teams.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in WHS or compliance software is a plus.
  • SaaS implementation knowledge and project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.

Overview SOSi is currently seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to join our team in Canberra, Australia. The customer based out of Honolulu, Hawaii creates, manages, and supports IT solutions for USINDOPACOM, its mission and its 5,000+ customers throughout the Pacific theater. Our team solves challenging technical problems that enables our customer to realize critical and time sensitive C2 strategies. Essential Job Duties As a Systems Engineer at SOSi, you will be a key component to a team responsible for engineering Command and Control IT solutions in support of USINDOPACOM, related component commands, and relevant operational objectives. You will assist and lead in the development of systems to ensure that our enterprise infrastructure and private cloud platform, is healthy and manageable. The selected candidate for this position should be well-versed in Department of Defense (DoD) protocols, procedures, and regulations, to include Government Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) mandates. The candidate should have foundational knowledge of Data Centric Security Principals, technologies and their implementations. The position is expected to regularly interact with senior DoD personnel, communicate effectively both orally and in writing, and to prepare and deliver executive-level briefings/IPRs to interested parties as required. Assess, design, and roadmap development for the implementation or integration of ZTA solutions. Assess, design, and roadmap development for the implementation or integration of Data Centric Security solutions. Contribute, provide technical recommendations, and attend briefings or information sharing forums, with INDOPACOM and the leadership, in support of ZTA initiatives and new capabilities. Interact with vendors, other agencies, and Coalition Partners on behalf of the program. Lead complex technical projects including upgrades, system integrations, and other installations in support of existing Enterprise capabilities. Provide mentorship for Systems Operations personnel in administration principles and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems. Maintain current knowledge of relevant hardware and software applications as assigned. Reviews work efforts/implementations and contributes to analysis, After-Action-Reports (AAR). Regularly collects and summarizes pertinent network-related accomplishments, issues, and concerns. Completes activity reports in accordance with contract requirements. Ensures compliance of custody and ownership of Government equipment and related components. Participates in related solution technologies and special projects, as required. Interface with team leads and team members to collect, develop, document, and submit status updates via a Weekly Activity Report (WAR). Minimum Requirements An Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI Eligibility and US Passport. Bachelors degree in IT, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Engineering or similar and 5+ years of experience, or 9+ years of experience in enterprise IT systems engineering and operations involving complex classified DoD environments and mandatory security controls (e.g., STIGs). 5+ years implementation and support in server administration. Overview SOSi seeks a Network Administrator to join our team at Canberra, AUS. As a Network Administrator, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and supporting network operation, maintenance, and security, ensuring DoD compliance. Our team, based in Honolulu, Hawaii, creates, manages, and supports IT solutions for USINDOPACOM, its mission, and its 5,000+ customers throughout the Pacific theater. We tackle challenging technical problems critical to enabling USINDOPACOM's realization of time sensitive C2 strategies. Essential Job Duties As a Network Administrator at SOSi, you will work within the Network Operations team to provide essential support within the USINDOPACOM Area-of-Responsibility (AOR). Your role includes monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring network availability, all while adhering to DoD regulations. You will be responsible for managing various network components, including LAN, BAN, WAN, telecommunications/transport protocols, Unified Communications/VoIP/Video Teleconferencing (VTC), WAN accelerators, load-balancers, firewalls, and cryptographic devices. Configures and maintains Cisco routers, switches, Adaptive Security Appliances (ASAs), Taclane encryption devices, and Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) systems to support efficient data flow within the network, while following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) when necessary. Supports and troubleshoots External Border Gateway Protocol (eBGP) routing within a Palo Alto environment. Implements and provides oversight of Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) and Taclane encryption methods to protect sensitive data. Provides essential support in the maintenance of VDI environments, ensuring efficient and secure user access. Participates in related solution technologies and special projects, as required. Minimum Requirements Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility. Bachelor's Degree in IT, Networking, or similar, and 4 years of related experience or 8+ years of experience in network administration.
