~What you'll be doing~
First and foremost, providing face-to-face in-clinic and home-visit appointments with a variety of clients
Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored care plans
Providing individualised occupational therapy interventions to improve clients' independence, quality of life and achieve their NDIS and other personal goals
Maintaining client records and reporting as required, with great AI tools and administrators to minimise your desk-based work
Paid participation in professional development activities that are of interest to you!

Who are we looking for?
Remedial or myotherapists with an Australian qualification. Experience is desirable.
An ability to do cupping, hot stones, lymphatic drainage and/or pregnancy massage would also be beneficial.
We value good communication skills with the ability to create rapport with our clients and be able to converse easily. High level of English, spoken and written, is required.
All applicants require their own ABN, must hold public and professional indemnity insurance and be a member of a massage association to register for health fund provider status.
Applicants must hold a remedial massage or myotherapy qualification from Australia to be eligible for health fund rebates.

As an Occupational Therapist at Northcott, I will be at the forefront of delivering impactful, person-centred therapy. I will manage a diverse caseload, including paediatrics and adults , using evidence-based tools to assess, plan, and deliver therapy. You’ll collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals, ensuring that each person receives the right support to thrive.

About the role:
This is casual position (approx.10-15 hours per week), based in Port Macquarie & Kempsey. Base hourly rate of $45.28, plus casual loading and super.
