+ Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
+ Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated, day-to-day problems with projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Ability to prioritize information for decision making. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
+ These sales jobs will mainly be individual contributors.A job at this level requires strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. **Required Qualifications**
+ This role requires advanced experience in the Radiation Therapy and/or CT Marketing & Product Marketing. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

This role is offered on a permanent part time basis, 35 hours a week. The shifts are as follows:

An important component of this role is the ability to work autonomously and facilitate individual and group therapy sessions independently. You will be able to work under the guidance of a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, while also being confident in using your initiative and creative thinking to ensure sessions run smoothly.

About You
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)

What you will be doing
- Working in a Paediatric Allied Health Clinic located in the Bundamba Region QLD
- Assessing and treating children in a predominantly clinic based setting
- Conducting the occasional community trips to patient's schools and homes when required (no more than 30mins drive from Clinic)
- Prescribing and implementing modifications that support your patients treatment
- Engaging in regular Occupational Therapy specific upskilling through regular team meetings
- Writing progress reports and communicating necessary information to patients families and caregivers
- Salary starting at $0,000 + Super - 118,000 + Super
- Professional Development allowance (pro rata) of 1500 + 2 days paid PD Leave

Join the Brightwater Relief Pool - Guaranteed Hours at Multiple Locations and Flexible Opportunities!
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Therapy Assistant to join our Staff Relief Pool and work across our Central Region (Subiaco, Redcliffe, Inglewood and Innaloo Residential care sites).
Whilst working as a member of the relief pool the successful candidate will cover planned leave across these residential facilities on a permanent part-time basis.
To be eligible for this role you must be available to work at least three weekdays each week across the Central region areas.
Candidates will be considered for future similar vacancies.
To be suitable for this role, you must possess:
- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance
- Experience working as a Therapy Assistant
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
- A positive, proactive and client focused approach
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Western Australian Driver’s licence
Responsibilities include:
- Provision of goal directed therapy programs in accordance with Care Plan in group or individual settings
- Provision of recreational based activities to meet social and emotional needs
- Contribute to the development of innovative therapy programs to improve wellbeing
- Support volunteers to enhance the site therapy program
- Contribute to site reporting, accreditation standards and legislative compliance by completing all documentation and reporting incidents
Eligibility Requirements:
- Willing to work at all Central sites (Subiaco, Redcliffe, Inglewood and Innaloo)
- Available a minimum of three weekdays (Monday to Friday) each week
- Available to work shifts between 8am – 7pm on these three weekdays
