About My Role
As a Social Worker at Northcott, I will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team including Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists. Together, we provide contemporary, evidence-informed therapies that support our clients in achieving their goals.
I will take an interprofessional approach , working closely with therapists to ensure customers receive holistic and coordinated support. I will bring a demonstrated referral network and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with relevant external organisations, ensuring both interim and ongoing support is available for our customers. This role involves travel across Northcott’s service centres, with a company vehicle provided.

- Previous experience in disability services or other relevant community services sector.

- Experience to provide staff mentoring, training and support on job-related training needs.
- Flexibility to travel to Northcott service centres to provide customer support
- Availability to provide on-call support when required
