**PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES**
The Digital Supply Chain Practice of SAP Australia & New Zealand is expanding by establishing a Supply Chain Management (SCM) Centre of Excellence (CoE), where we're extending our high-performance team's capability and capacity. The CoE's purpose is to guide major customers through their journey to SAP Business Suite - with proven strategy, expert delivery, and scalable, lasting impact.
The successful candidate will be working on both this high-profile, strategic and transformational initiative and the broader Customer Success and Delivery area within the DSC Practice.
We are looking for a practicing Supply Chain Management - Enterprise Asset Management Architect with in-depth end-to-end process and focussed industry knowledge within mining and/or oil & gas.
**EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS**
As an SCM - EAM Architect, you will have an excellent understanding of the overall SAP Business Suite across S/4HANA, SSAM, APM, FSM, etc. and how they integrate and should be used in your industry context.
From an SCM CoE perspective you will be helping the customer to holistically understand their path from the "old" SCM world into the more advanced Business Suite world including AI, mobility, automated scheduling and networks. You will work alongside the account teams in the software evaluation process, to develop SAP-centric solution scenarios and needed architecture, prepare implementation plans and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success. You will build actionable roadmaps, support the creation of business cases, PoC, give architecture advise and deliver implementation support where needed. You will act as the conduit between customer and product management / engineering to prioritise product roadmaps with customer needs, run/support industry specific round tables and events for SCM and particularly Asset Management.
Under the overall DSC Practice mandate you will be involved in engagements to advise on, design, implement, deploy our solutions with the aim to enhance the client's business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. You will partner with the client and possible with 3rd parties to analyse and define business requirements, technology, processes, and objectives to scope project deliverables for the same but having the overall architecture in mind.
In addition you will need to be able to work individually and as part of a high-performance team locally and globally, having SAP's and customer's success at heart. Your vast experience and your in-depth knowledge within the industry will make you the go-to person to provide though leadership advice to our colleagues/partners on end-to-end solution design, implementation challenges or deployment options.
**Qualifications, Skills and Competencies**
+ A proven 15 years professional experience working in the mining and/or oil & gas industry as a principal consultant / architect.
+ Has gained expert knowledge in SAP EAM and across newer cloud solutions such as SSAM, APM, FSM, BNAC, etc., ideally covering at least 10 full implementation life cycles.
+ Shows a proven project deliver experience that have included the above solutions within mining and/or oil & gas industry with associated processes/scenarios like,
+ Planning
+ Maintenance
+ Repair
+ Overhaul
+ Remote field logistics and maintenance
+ Has a clear understanding and hands-on integration experience across other processes and solutions such as RSH/MSO, PS, MM, FI/CO.
+ Can conduct S/4HANA EAM, SSAM, APM and FSM centric workshops with all contributing parties, providing end-to-end Business Process Solution Design.
+ Understands the business drivers, challenges and outcomes of a asset management and plant maintenance solutions in the correlated aspects of the asset intense industries such as mining and/or oil & gas industries.
+ Experience leading customer project members as an SAP project manager (PMI, Six Sigma Black belt, or equivalent certification).
+ Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.

**Job Duties Include But Not Limited:**
This position is responsible for assisting the sales team in originating domestic and international financing opportunities as well as actively researching industry trends and markets for new business with both large mining customers and junior miners.

# Project Overview:
The Ranger rehabilitation project is about converting a former Uranium mine, after 35 years of operations, to a thriving native bushland that can be incorporated into the surrounding Kakadu National Park. ERA has engaged the global engineering firm, Bechtel, to support them as a Delivery Partner for ongoing study and execution works. Bechtel will be working alongside ERA and major stakeholder Rio Tinto to restore the land to the status of its surrounding World Heritage listed Kakadu National Park. A collaborative project, it will be developed in consultation with the Mirarr Traditional Owners and will benefit the Jabiru NT community.
Located 8 km east of Jabiru and 260 km south-east of Darwin, the Ranger Project will lead the way in the fast-growing area of mining closures. In this role, you will lead the Bulk Material Movement (BMM) work package on Ranger Rehab Study. # Major Responsibilities:
Drive the development and implementation of the Bulk Material movement (BMM) plan to construct the Final Landform across the disturbed mine site to rehabilitate the pits, ponds, stockpiles and other facilities. The study will include an innovative stockpile modelling methodology in collaboration with specialist consultants and site based mine planners, leveraging technical skills in multiple software environments. **The Position:**
The role of the Technology Site Manager is to be the Primary Contact at their assigned mine site for all MineStar productivity and safety activities. This key leadership position partners with the dealer and customer to ensure optimal product performance which supports high operational output for the customer. This role will be supporting the MineStar for Underground products (system operations and management processes).
Key accountabilities for this role will include:
+ Leading a team of highly skilled site-based employees.
+ Maintaining key site performance metrics including MineStar technology availability, production metrics, operating cost per tonne, MineStar fleet productivity and safety.

**Location:** This is a Fly in Fly out role for a customer in Indonesia, the commencing roster is 2 weeks on site / 1 week off / 3 weeks remote from Caterpillar Australia offices. The roster is subject to change to meet the operational requirements.

**The Position:**
The role of the Technology Site Manager is to be the Primary Contact at their assigned mine site for all MineStar productivity and safety activities. This key leadership position partners with the dealer and customer to ensure optimal product performance which supports high operational output for the customer. This role will be supporting the MineStar for Underground products (system operations and management processes).
Key accountabilities for this role will include:
+ Leading a team of highly skilled site-based employees.
+ Maintaining key site performance metrics including MineStar technology availability, production metrics, operating cost per tonne, MineStar fleet productivity and safety.
+ Partnering with the MineStar for Underground Product Support team to report any suspected product defects, collect MineStar troubleshooting data, and define interim corrective actions.
+ Developing the correct new products and services to meet the customer current and future needs at a job site.
+ Developing, prioritizing, and implementing strategies to address customer needs as well as ensuring dealer servicing and support practices align with recovery strategy.
+ Advising on strategic direction for proper equipment selection, product problem management, and equipment management activities.
**Location:** This is a Fly in Fly out role for a customer in Indonesia, the commencing roster is 2 weeks on site / 1 week off / 3 weeks remote from Caterpillar Australia offices. The roster is subject to change to meet the operational requirements.
The successful candidate must be able to meet the requirements for a KTAS Visa for Indonesia.
