**Your Career**
The Senior Technical Writer will be part of a dynamic global team and collaborate closely with Unit 42 security consultants, subject matter experts, and internal teams to take reports through the technical writing editing process and finalize client deliverables. This role will report directly to the VP, Unit 42 Consulting JAPAC and work closely with the GCO leadership team, cross-functional stakeholders, and Unit 42 senior leadership.
**Your Impact**
+ Review investigative and expert reports on behalf of the firm to ensure that the appropriate information is included and that reports meet the group's standards for quality and adhere to the brand and style guidelines
+ Create new documentation and ensure its continued maintenance, including Unit 42 Standard Operating Procedures ("SOPs"), process flows, client reports, executive-level briefings, whitepapers, training plans, and other relevant documents
+ Administer, evaluate, edit, and provide proposals and support of documentation processes necessary to ensure a best-in-class documentation repository consistent with the Unit 42 mission
+ Collaborate and work closely with consultants, subject matter experts, and other internal stakeholders to create and maintain the highest-quality documentation
+ Develop and disseminate training materials for enhancing the quality of consultant report writing and increasing awareness of and compliance with report review processes
+ Maintaining existing and future report templates
+ Develop, edit, and manage the content for Unit 42 proposals and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses in partnership with Unit 42 subject matter experts

**Your Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or related field or equivalent military experience required
+ 4+ years of experience with Cybersecurity communications language and subject matter is desired or other relevant technical writing experience
+ Proven experience in working in a fast-paced, agile environment with ability to meet tight deadlines; thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced security firm environment

The Graphic Artist is responsible for supporting the Video Graphics department in providing design services to the Network 10 newsroom and other Operations divisions from time to time.

This is a fast-paced role that requires effective and accurate communication with excellent time management as tight deadlines need to be met with the delivery of high-quality graphics production.
**Functions will also include:**
+ Production of 2D/3D static and animated graphics: Receiving and processing graphic requests from Producers and Reporters. Ensuring all deadlines are met with quality graphics that fulfil all the requirements of the request; are accurate, clear, visually appealing and in the tone of the story.
+ Shift Leading: attending morning editorial meetings, helping manage daily workloads so that deadlines are met, liaising with the Executive Producers from each market, and quality-checking graphics.
+ Helping train junior designers to advance their skills and knowledge.
+ Working on projects (e.g. graphics packages, themed elements, new templates, etc.)
+ General team admin support as required.

KBR's Water business in Melbourne has grown significantly over the past few years, to help support this growth, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager to work across mech/process/civil design projects.

Through accurate forecasting of time, cost and quality outcomes the Design Manager will make evidenced based decisions that consider multiple risk factors to ensure they are managed appropriately.
The Design Manager's responsibilities will focus on ensuring the delivery of early stage detailed designs across multi-disciplinary engineering, environmental, safety and sustainability.
You will be accountable for leading, supporting and empowering a highly skilled group of people, generating the opportunity for staff to grow. Communicating readily with clients and key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach will be key.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have extensive Design Management/Project Management skills in cost, schedule, risk and change management. It is expected that you will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering or related degree, significant industry experience will also be considered.

The Opportunity
KBR's Water business in Brisbane has grown significantly over the past few years, to help support this growth, we are looking for an experienced Design Manager. This is a key role for our business and will drive the delivery of large projects and programs of work across water, wastewater, treatment plants, chemical dosing, hydrogen and desalination. The delivery of these programs is focussed on achieving great customer and community outcomes by leaving a positive, long-lasting legacies wherever we work.
Through accurate forecasting of time, cost and quality outcomes the Design Manager will make evidenced based decisions that consider multiple risk factors to ensure they are managed appropriately.
The Design Manager's responsibilities will focus on ensuring the delivery of early stage detailed designs across multi-disciplinary engineering, environmental, safety and sustainability.
You will be accountable for leading, supporting and empowering a highly skilled group of people, generating the opportunity for staff to grow. Communicating readily with clients and key stakeholders to ensure a collaborative approach will be key.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have extensive Design Management/Project Management skills in cost, schedule, risk and change management. It is expected that you will have a tertiary qualification in Engineering or related degree, significant industry experience will also be considered.
You will have the ability to manage large, complex projects and/or programs of work with multiple stakeholders in challenging environments. You will lead and develop teams using your interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally. Exposure to defence will be highly desirable, building structures or building services also highly sought after.
It is expected that you will have exposure to both Design and Project Management in FEED or detailed design. Strong communication, stakeholder management skills along with change leadership experience will be highly regarded.

Building on the results, partnerships and lessons established under the first seven years of the program, IW's new phase will extend and deepen Australia's contribution to advancing gender equality in Southeast Asia through influencing and growing an ecosystem of policymakers, business leaders, capital providers and women's economic empowerment actors.
Positioning women at the centre of economic resilience and accelerating their economic empowerment is critical to achieving a wide range of sustainable development objectives in Southeast Asia. As the region recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic, gender-sensitive economic recovery strategies will be critical to prevent further deterioration in women's economic empowerment indicators as seen during COVID-19. Focus on an inclusive recovery seeks to harness the productivity, skills, capacity, talent, innovation, and leadership that women offer, and realise the benefits of women's economic empowerment for themselves, their families, and their communities.
IW continues the ambitious agenda of advancing women's economic empowerment through:

+ _Enabling Policy Reforms -_ We support locally identified reform agendas that promote women's workforce participation, generate support for the business case for WGE, and build the case for the value and importance of the care economy to business, the economy and women's economic empowerment;

In collaboration with corporations and business leaders, policymakers and implementers, capital providers, entrepreneurs, and advocates, we are working with those who are driving change for women's economic equality in our region.
Investing in Women supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 Agenda and the leveraging of private sector investments to achieve the Goals. The SDGs recognise that gender equality is not only an essential human right, but a necessary foundation for peaceful, prosperous and sustainable societies.

**About the Opportunity**
Investing in Women (IW) is seeking a Branding and Graphic Design Consultant for IW Communications to support two key work packages aimed at strengthening IW's visual identity and partner-facing materials. This is a short-term engagement (up to 10 billable days between 18 September and 13 October 2025) designed to improve the consistency, professionalism, and impact of IW's visual communications.
The **Branding and Graphic Design Consultant** will:
1. **Enhance IW's Visual Identity Style Guide and develop branded digital templates:** a) Review IW's Visual Identity Style Guide (July 2024) and expand it with a new section that provides detailed, coherent guidance on the use of design elements and application of design styles across all communication materials.b) Develop a suite of customisable social media templates per platform (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram) using Canva. These templates should be adaptable for various content formats and optimized with appropriate sizing for each IW social media platform. c) Create two branded virtual backgrounds on Canva for IW staff to use in virtual meetings (via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx).
2. **Review and update the branded identity of GEARS (a workplace gender equality assessment tool that IW develops with its partners in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam):** a) Conduct a one-page brief assessment on the current GEARS branding package to evaluate whether it is fit-for-purpose and provide recommendations for updating or streamlining.b) Subject to approval from IW, develop a refreshed and streamlined GEARS branding package. This should include clear, coherent brand guidelines for use by all stakeholders and guidance for application across digital and print materials. The refreshed guidelines should also include examples of how to incorporate the GEARS identifier for partners and businesses. c) Design a set of key branded assets for IW partners and their business clients to use in producing GEARS-related materials (to be discussed with IW).
In addition, the STP is requested to attend 2-3 check-in meetings with IW, as determined by IW, to clarify requirements, align on expectations, and monitor progress against agreed milestones and deliverables. All project files of the final branded assets will be submitted to IW.
+ **Employment type and location:** Short-Term Personnel role. Remote, preferably located in Indonesia, the Philippines, or Vietnam.
+ **Duration:** Up to 10 days; Anticipated to commence on 18 September 2025. Completion date 13 October 2025.
**About You**
We are seeking an individual who will bring:
+ Proven experience in graphic design, visual branding, or digital communications, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
+ Ability to develop and apply branding guidelines across print and digital media.
+ Proficiency in graphic design programs, including Canva, and experience designing social media templates and digital assets in alignment with branding guidelines.
+ Strong visual storytelling and layout skills, with the ability to turn complex concepts into engaging visuals.
+ Excellent project management and communication skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Key Selection Criteria
