**How you create impact**
You will be responsible for controlling the quality + quantity of incoming +/or outgoing goods through detailed inspection processes. This will include maintaining quality data using relevant software + forms, implementing preventative measures to ensure outputs of high quality while analyzing + reporting quality issues to external + internal stakeholders.
The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:
+ To review all relevant processes, isolating errors, verifying correct processes + ensuring that all required quality standards are met at all times.
+ To analyze internal + external errors including customer complaints using root cause analysis, then implement preventative measures + optimization of quality processes.
+ To create + maintain all relevant documents in accordance with ISO standards.
+ To use co-packing software + any other tools necessary, as well as creating + proposing new solutions to improve co-packing processes.
+ To deliver + explain various quality control reports as required.
**What we would like you to bring**
+ Minimum 3 years' experience in warehouse quality assurance, preferably in healthcare or regulated environments
+ Familiarity with GMP, GDP, and other relevant regulatory standards
+ Experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS)
+ Ability to manage CAPA, deviation reports, and change control processes
+ Skilled in conducting internal audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews
+ Ensure compliance in storage conditions, including temperature and humidity monitoring
+ Oversee batch record evaluations and release of relabelled/repackaged products
+ Manage processes for returned, rejected, or recalled goods
+ Act as key contact for regulatory authorities and customer audits
+ Support commercial teams during RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs with quality-related input
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
+ Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation

The Data Center Engineering Operations Trainee will be responsible for Data Center Engineering Operations within an Amazon Data Center including risk management and mitigation, corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure, vendor management and metric reporting.
This position is for a 6 month fixed term hire with a possibility to become a full time role.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assist the on-site management of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors, ensuring that all work performed, is in accordance with established practices, procedures & local legislation.
- Maintaining performance benchmarks, conduct analyses & prepare reports on all aspects of the critical facility infrastructure operations & maintenance.
- Generate Change Management requests & Incident Management tickets for DCEO as directed.
- Learn and contribute to documentation relevant to business & facility operations.
- Assist with the installation of the racks and the provision of power/cooling within its constraints.
- Be involved with the routine maintenance and emergency services on a variety of critical systems such as: switchgear, generators, UPS systems, power distribution equipment, chillers, cooling towers, computer room air handlers, building monitoring systems, etc.
- Assist and learn about the design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities.
- Assist with the management of the Facility assets and the provision of infrastructure & inventory asset management as directed.
- May participate in Construction & Operational Meetings as required.
- Assist with Work Order compliance and review of contractual SLAs.
- Interface with Infra Ops teams for day to day operational requirements.
- Assist in the resolution of any infrastructure engineering or services issue.
- Delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Meet daily hours of operations, shift and on-call requirements for response during shift rotations.
This position also has a physical component requiring the ability to lift rack equipment; it may require working in cramped spaces or in elevated locations while adhering to health & safety guidelines.

Key job responsibilities
- Work independently with internal and external engineering teams to successfully deliver cross-functional projects that are of a high-quality (e.g., on-time, on-budget, maintainable, low-defects, etc.).

- Experience and strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment

We are looking for an Assistant Quality Manager with strong systems engineering and logistics experience to join a high-performing team at MILVEHCOE. This is the Army's hub for heavy vehicles, armoured fighting vehicles (AFVs), and sustainment programs, including Boxer CRV, LAND 400, LAND 121, ASLAV, Abrams, and Hawkei platforms.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will help ensure engineering processes, quality frameworks, and compliance obligations are met, supporting both engineering and sustainment operations within a practical, hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and Defence-specific standards.
+ Ensure engineering, logistics, and sustainment processes comply with Defence and MSP quality standards.
+ Conduct and support internal and external audits, including CASG and prime contractor requirements.
+ Assist in systems safety and assurance tasks aligned with One Defence Capability System (ODCS) and integrated logistics support (ILS) principles.
+ Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including Army personnel, prime contractors (e.g., Rheinmetall), and sustainment partners.
+ Participate in root cause analysis, risk reviews, and engineering change control procedures.
+ Maintain quality records and contribute to lessons-learned repositories.

As the ideal candidate you will bring:
+ NV1 Security Clearance (essential).
+ Engineering or logistics qualification in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
+ Experience in Defence engineering or logistics environments and understanding of Defence capability lifecycle (ODCS).
+ Knowledge of integrated logistics support (ILS) processes and standards (LSAR, GEIA-STD-0007).

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and integrate Mission Engineering Models and Simulations using Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) digital modelling and simulation tools in execution of the KBR Digital Engineering Strategy. These activities will be undertaken both during the capture and execution phases.
+ Define End to End Architecture solutions aligned to technology standards and roadmaps and strategies in response to business requirements.
+ Grow capability enablement maturity through collaboration with the team of the KBR Digital Engineering Project. This may involve input to design of environments, development of models, guidance or reports.
+ Analyse and evaluate and if necessary, validate externally sourced models and integrated them into the System or Enterprise framework.
+ Enhance KBR Digital Engineering Knowledge Base for execution through delivery of model or environment artefacts, configuration scripts and enhancements to support reuse or adoption.
+ Undertake stakeholder engagement and collaboration with defence clients, project teams, and industry partners to define system architecture strategies and technical roadmaps.
+ Manage the configuration and databases appropriate for the digital engineering toolchains, including Requirements Management, Windchill PLM, MBSE, simulation, and data analytics platforms.
+ Ensure architectural solutions comply with appropriate defence standards (e.g., ASDEFCON, MIL-STD-881, ISO/IEC 15288) and cybersecurity protocols.
+ Gather and evaluate user feedback and recommend and execute improvements to models and support changes to environments.
+ Analyse interfaces and integrate supplier and customer models into overall system or enterprise frameworks.
+ Create technical documentation and deliver reporting on the status and capability of the modelling activity.
+ Support the enhancement and deployment of Digital Engineering environment, including infrastructure, applications and services.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential:
+ BSc/BA in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and commensurate certifications with relevant professional body.
+ Professional Engineer with 8y+ of experience in digital systems including significant experience of below-the-line digital design and integration.
+ Proven experience in development of systems architecture within defence industry , aerospace, or other regulated environments.
+ A deep understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and digital engineering concepts.
+ Demonstrable experience of creation and refinement of a range of digital models and simulation.
+ Experience in capturing operational concepts as models and collaborating with stakeholders to obtain inputs and subsequently deliver a high value of information from those models.
+ Good understanding of configuration management and baselines in context of managing engineering change.
+ Excellent communication skills in presentation and demonstration of digital systems to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Experience in mentoring engineering teams in digital engineering systems thinking, model governance , configuration and deployment.
+ Knowledge of System Software lifecycle process including phased and a scaled Agile approach.
+ Strong proficiency in MBSE methodologies and tools (SysML, UML).
+ Proficiency in working with DoDAF, MODAF, or NATO Architecture Framework (NAF).
+ Eligibility for Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 or higher).
Desirable:
+ A Masters degree in a relevant subject will be valued.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
+ Develop and integrate Mission Engineering Models and Simulations using Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) digital modelling and simulation tools in execution of the KBR Digital Engineering Strategy. These activities will be undertaken both during the capture and execution phases.
+ Define End to End Architecture solutions aligned to technology standards and roadmaps and strategies in response to business requirements.
+ Grow capability enablement maturity through collaboration with the team of the KBR Digital Engineering Project. This may involve input to design of environments, development of models, guidance or reports.
+ Analyse and evaluate and if necessary, validate externally sourced models and integrated them into the System or Enterprise framework.
+ Enhance KBR Digital Engineering Knowledge Base for execution through delivery of model or environment artefacts, configuration scripts and enhancements to support reuse or adoption.
+ Undertake stakeholder engagement and collaboration with defence clients, project teams, and industry partners to define system architecture strategies and technical roadmaps.
+ Manage the configuration and databases appropriate for the digital engineering toolchains, including Requirements Management, Windchill PLM, MBSE, simulation, and data analytics platforms.
+ Ensure architectural solutions comply with appropriate defence standards (e.g., ASDEFCON, MIL-STD-881, ISO/IEC 15288) and cybersecurity protocols.
+ Gather and evaluate user feedback and recommend and execute improvements to models and support changes to environments.
+ Analyse interfaces and integrate supplier and customer models into overall system or enterprise frameworks.
+ Create technical documentation and deliver reporting on the status and capability of the modelling activity.
+ Support the enhancement and deployment of Digital Engineering environment, including infrastructure, applications and services.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Essential:
+ BSc/BA in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field and commensurate certifications with relevant professional body.
+ Professional Engineer with 8y+ of experience in digital systems including significant experience of below-the-line digital design and integration.
+ Proven experience in development of systems architecture within defence industry , aerospace, or other regulated environments.
+ A deep understanding of systems engineering lifecycle and digital engineering concepts.
+ Demonstrable experience of creation and refinement of a range of digital models and simulation.
+ Experience in capturing operational concepts as models and collaborating with stakeholders to obtain inputs and subsequently deliver a high value of information from those models.
+ Good understanding of configuration management and baselines in context of managing engineering change.
+ Excellent communication skills in presentation and demonstration of digital systems to non-technical stakeholders.
+ Experience in mentoring engineering teams in digital engineering systems thinking, model governance , configuration and deployment.
+ Knowledge of System Software lifecycle process including phased and a scaled Agile approach.
+ Strong proficiency in MBSE methodologies and tools (SysML, UML).
+ Proficiency in working with DoDAF, MODAF, or NATO Architecture Framework (NAF).
+ Eligibility for Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 or higher).
Desirable:
+ A Masters degree in a relevant subject will be valued.
+ Professional recognition as CPEng, ACS Member or registered Professional Engineer.
+ Experience of leading innovation and managing in uncertainty.
+ Experience of maturing new capabilities through People, Process and Tools dimensions.
+ Experience is DevOps Agile and/or SAFe frameworks is beneficial, as well as familiarity with popular coding languages (eg. Python, Javascript).
+ Ability to work within a complex dynamic technology environment and be comfortable with iterative approaches and challenges of emergent capability.
+ Experience with Software and Hardware Integration such as data bus interfaces, real-time processing, and sensor fusion.
+ Good understanding of secure, resilient, and interoperable communication systems.
+ Knowledge of cyber resilience, threat modeling, and secure systems design is an advantage.
+ Experience of Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) is an advantage.

A day in the life
Your typical day will involve collaborating across multiple disciplines and time zones. You'll start by reviewing quality metrics from previous days inspections and audits and addressing any immediate concerns with your team. Throughout the day, you'll conduct one-on-one meetings with team members, participate in cross-functional planning sessions, and analyze trend data to identify improvement opportunities.
You'll work directly with QA Engineers and managers to refine structured cabling and installation standards, and visiting data centers to ensure compliance and gather insights for continuous improvement. You will find yourself leading technical whiteboard sessions to resolve implementation challenges and presenting quality metrics to senior leadership.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of management/team lead function experience

**Who will you be working with?**
Reporting to the Global Operations Director, as a key member of the Digital Mine team, the Industrial Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of a medium-volume electronics assembly lines wherein you will be tasked to drive the streamlining of all manufacturing lines and the creation of cost-effective solutions through cross-functional teams collaboration. **What will your typical day look like?**
+ Maintain, report and drive improvement activities related to all operational quality matters. This will include, but not limited to, supplier quality, production process maintenance and improvements , overseeing all inhouse PPAP deliveries and and determine the ideal performance specifications and operations metrics.
+ Facilitate communication and clarification of technical requirements between Suppliers, Purchasing, Quality, and Design teams.
+ Guide suppliers in developing exceptionally robust processes and procedures to promote efficient and seamless production of high-quality products.
+ Supervising production maintenance work and supplying technical advisory support to the Operations team.
+ Designing and developing control systems and production throughput initiatives.
+ Designing and implementing equipment modifications to help improve operational safety and reliability.
+ Investigating and testing concepts to improve existing systems or to overcome machinery problems.
+ Making parts and installing and testing machinery.
+ Carrying out maintenance and identifying and repairing faults in equipment.
+ Ensuring that technicians maintain a level of expertise within their emphasis through training, SOP development, goal development, follow-up, and performance appraisals.
+ Providing operational and technical support to the plant technicians.
+ Performing activities to improve the reliability and efficiency of plant operations.
+ Use structured problem-solving methodologies to identify root cause faults and implement related corrective actions.
+ Work with team members to ensure accurate completion and maintenance of operations related documents.
+ Perform manufacturing process audits at Digital Mine locations; issue corrective actions and following up to ensure their completion; performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
+ Review, approve, and create improvement plans for product submission packages (PPAP, ISIR, FAI etc.)
+ Assures that customer complaints caused by products are addressed expeditiously and appropriate root cause corrective action are provided to the customer and implemented within the process. Contributes to maintaining strong positive working relationships with cross functional departments.
+ Continuously evaluates materials and the processes/systems to produce them to assure best quality products at the best possible price.
+ Assist procurement with supplier selection, development, and risk.
**What do we want to know about you?**
+ Engineering Degree (Electronic, Mechatronic, or related field of study preferred).
+ Proven practical experience of running and owning a high-volume manufacturing line as Manufacturing, Process or Quality Engineer.
+ Experience of personally driving DFM/DFA discussions with supplier and engineering teams to improve the design, manufacturability and feasible CTQs.
+ Working knowledge of SMT process and understanding of PCBAs and understanding of Firmware flashing and end-of-line/Functional testers.
+ Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and simply.
+ Strong understanding of statistical process control techniques; process capability assessment (Cpk, Ppk), MSA.
+ Good understanding/knowledge of tolerance stack-up analysis.
+ Experience with reviewing, approving, and creating improvement plans for product submission packages (PPAP, ISIR, FAI etc.).
+ Ability to drive to true root cause and identify appropriate short and long-term countermeasures.
