The AB Operations Analyst will partner with program managers across AU AB Ops on improving last mile performance for AB commercial shipments, analysing delivery experience metrics, investigating complex customer issues and escalations, and lending execution support for bulk or high value orders. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business such as AB Sales, AB Customer Support, AMZL, AMXL and 3P. This role will be tactical in nature, and you'll conduct your own research and analysis, always with an eye on the long-term vision of the business. Skills such as cross-team coordination, data analysis and communicating to senior management are essential. This role provides a great opportunity to strengthen the foundations of Amazon's B2B operations in AU and offers the opportunity to influence business decisions and shape the future.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage high-level customer escalations and feedback, including analysing Voice of Customer (VOC) data and attending weekly business reviews
- Conduct deep-dive data analysis on top-performing locations, 3rd party vendor performance, and business operating hours
- Analyse data and drive improvements that are quantified with metrics
- Support program managers with critical business initiatives and programs
- Communicate updates to program managers and senior management
- Oversee the customer onboarding process for a key service offering
- Govern KPI reporting for portfolio programs, providing visibility to milestones, and performance
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
- 3+ years of data analysis and formula creation in Microsoft Excel experience
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of VBA and Excel Macro creation and modification
- Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with end-to-end project management
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts - forecasting, planning, optimization, logistics - gained through work experience or graduate level education.

As an Azure Senior Cloud Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's growth and evolution. You will be responsible for modernizing our existing and future cloud operations workflows to simplify, optimize and ensure consistency in quality and urgency of investigations within our organization and a well-defined decision matrix for escalations to our partner organizations. About the team
Our Team Operates out of Sydney and Melbourne Corporate Office and we travel to the sites we support when required.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
- Experience working with stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence

**About the role:**
In this role you'll proactively assist the AVP Manager and AVP Supervisor to process and manage the workflow and completion of all Agency transactions on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, and provide support and assistance in processing any Securitisation transactions when required
**What you'll be doing:**
**Agency:**
+ Ensure that Agency loan drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, bank guarantees and fee invoicing & collections are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes in LIQ, and all critical checklists are followed and completed in accordance with the bank's unit procedure, user manuals, operational guidelines, and approved credit lines, completed without error.
+ Establish new Agency clients in the core system (LIQ) in accordance with signed agreements.
+ Ensure that loan prework for Agency transactions are completed accurately and within agreed timeframes, and critical Treasury cash sheet is up to date and completed.
+ Identify possible areas for process improvement and engage with team members, other staff, and managers to contribute to building more effective processes that eliminate risk, foster an environment where all staff can contribute by maintaining a collaborative work environment.
+ Report and escalate operational risk events
+ Ensure all reports and general ledger suspense and interest accrual accounts are prepared, actioned, monitored and that all outstanding items are being investigated, followed up and cleared within a timely manner
+ Preparation of monthly suspense account reconciliations for Accounting Dept
+ Flexible to work back on busy days (middle and month end)
**Securitisation** **:**
+ Assist / support in the preparation of and/or, prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the receivables and other Securitisation products when required.
+ Undertake general processing duties like Agency transactions including the initiation of loan rollovers, repayments and charging of fees for the various trusts.
+ Preparation of remittance applications for Securitisation loan drawdown disbursements in accordance with application.
**What we are looking for:**
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has 1-2 years' experience working in a related Operations role within banking and financial services. LIQ system experience is desirable but not essential.
You'll have excellent time management and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy to ensure the team performs at a high-performance standard. **About the role:**
In this Analyst role, you will provide support to the Global Market Dealers and Front Office through the processing and settlement of Treasury transactions (Foreign Exchange, Money Market and Derivatives), ensuring deals are completed correctly and in a timely manner. This role works closely with the Assistant Vice Presidents (AVP - Supervisor and Manager) to mitigate operational and settlement risks, drive customer outcomes and monitor transaction queues.
**What you'll be doing:**
+ Enter Treasury-related transactions initiated by dealers into relevant internal/ external systems, which may involve Money Market (MM), FX or Derivatives items
+ Sort and distribute maturing corporate deals to dealers for instructions
+ Confirm transactions and instructions with counterparties and follow-up outstanding items
+ Check dealing evidence and SWIFT confirmations (MT320 / MT399)
+ Check and authorise STP deals, book transfers and trades in the external matching/settling system
+ Release STP payment orders for Corporate and Interbank MM transactions
+ Preparing customer notices, documents and confirmations for corporate customers for MM, FX or Derivative transactions
+ Prepare SWIFT messages via SAMH and monitor confirmation matching
+ Ensure timely and accurate payment/settlement of GMO products, observing the established cut-off times for the relevant currencies and locations
+ Ensure efficient settlement in Austraclear, RITS and NZClear
+ Reconciliation of funds received to settle all transactions and investigation of unallocated and / or non-received funds
+ Handle customer and internal enquiries and requests for information, following-up on any outstanding items
+ Build and maintain good working relations and open communications with internal stakeholders and customers to provide a high level of service and professionalism
+ Check end of day balancing/reconciliation
+ Prepare daily and monthly reports for Operations Management
**We are looking for:**
Ideally you will have 2 years' experience in a similar or related role within Global Markets Operations. Experience with Austraclear and/or Swift would be highly advantageous, but not essential.
You must be able to work under pressure, with good time management skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
