Our newly established Cadillac Experience Centre based in the heart of Westfield Shopping Centre Brisbane, has a unique opportunity for an experienced automotive sales consultant to join our team. As a Cadillac Sales Consultant/ Ambassador, you become an important part of the wider team at General Motors, playing a pivotal role in representing and expanding Cadillac's presence both in Australia and New Zealand.
You will be joining General Motors at a time of exciting growth, as we establish the Cadillac brand and all-electric portfolio across Australia and New Zealand.
Your responsibilities will include implementing Cadillac's customer engagement strategies, guiding customers through their educational and purchasing journey, efficiently managing leads, and ensuring outstanding customer service. Your primary objective is to drive sales of Cadillac EVs by delivering a confident, no pressure, and exceptional customer experience from initial contact through to post-sale support, all in alignment with Cadillac's mission to redefine the luxury automotive purchasing experience.
**Responsibilities but not limited to:**
+ Greet all visitors warmly and work to assess their needs and preferences with confidence and no pressure.
+ Provide detailed information about Cadillac product offerings, including features, options, specifications, performance, and technology.

+ Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
+ Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and provide ongoing support.
+ Act as the primary point of contact for potential customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
+ Participate in Cadillac training programs to enhance product knowledge, customer experience, and sales performance.
+ Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales transactions within the Cadillac Core customer management system.
+ Provide exceptional customer service at every touchpoint, aiming to exceed customer expectations.
+ Always represent Cadillac in a professional and positive way.
+ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Cadillac product updates.

This is an 18-month contract with a view to permanency, and a five-day working week.
**About You: **
+ Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experience. Previous premium/luxury brand and EV experience is also desirable.
+ Strong understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
+ Passion for customer experience along with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
+ Experience conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
+ Familiarity with sales processes, including price / value presentation, finance, and other sales related paperwork.
+ Proficiency in using digital customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.

We are looking for a talented Research and Development - Engine Test Technician to join our team specializing in Product Testing and Engineering Support for our On-Highway Engineering team, based at our Pilot Centre facility in Scoresby, Victoria.

**THE ROLE**
The Vehicle Mechanic Team Leader plays a dual role: performing skilled mechanic work on light, heavy, or specialty vehicles (e.g. trucks, earthmoving or passenger vehicles) and taking leadership of workshop operations and trade staff. You will work hands on fixing, diagnosing, overhauling and maintaining vehicles while supervising and mentoring a small team of mechanics. In doing so, you'll help keep downtime low, ensure quality outputs, and maintain a safe and customer focused workshop.
This is a Monday-Friday position that works closely with the Maintenance Superintendents to foster, promote and maintain best-practice standards and enable reliable, consistent and effective delivery of 24/7/365 facility operational support.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Diagnose, repair and service vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, HVAC, hydraulics, electrical, suspension).
+ Perform planned preventative maintenance, inspections, overhauls, trouble shooting and field repairs.
+ Ensure quality workmanship using vehicle diagnostic tools and maintain compliance with manufacturer standards and internal procedures.
+ Lead, coach and mentor the O&M vehicle mechanic trade team, including performance monitoring and reviews whilst supporting technical upskilling.
+ Oversee daily workshop flow, balancing reactive and scheduled work including workload planning and workshop management
+ Liaise with Critical Infrastructure Support Officers and site Logistics and Scheduling team to ensure materials are available and correct for upcoming tasks
+ Maintain accurate records of labour hours' work orders, maintenance logs and vehicle history in accordance with OEM recommendations and internal processes
+ Effectively liaise and communicate with peers to ensure best-practice standardization, coverage and continuous individual and team improvement.
+ Deliver training necessary to develop and maintain the competence of trade personnel.
+ Conduct review and analysis of trend data; identifying, recommending, and implementing any necessary modifications, expansions and/or additions to relevant maintenance plans and procedures.
