**Your day-to-day**
We're seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join the team at InterContinental Sanctuary Cove Resort, bringing the InterContinental Life to every guest across our restaurants, bars, event spaces, and the Country Club.
Reporting to our Food & Beverage Team Leaders and Supervisors, you'll be at the heart of our hospitality - greeting guests with a warm welcome, offering tailored food and beverage recommendations, and ensuring every moment of service is seamless. This role offers variety and excitement, with opportunities to work across multiple venues and service styles - from casual a la carte to refined fine dining and large-scale event service. **The ideal candidate will possess:**
+ Exceptional customer service skills, ideally gained in a luxury resort or elevated dining environment.
+ Ideally, at least six months' experience in a large food and beverage operation.
+ A genuine passion for creating dining experiences that exceed guest expectations, with the ability to recommend beverages and other offerings that pair perfectly with our menus.
+ Strong multitasking skills, with experience in table service, a la carte dining, cleaning, and supporting multiple outlets as needed.
+ An eye for detail, an enthusiastic and approachable nature, and the motivation to take ownership in delivering unique guest experiences.
+ A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
+ A friendly persona and professional communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests, colleagues, and third parties, reflecting the highest standards of our hotel, brand, and company.
+ Neat and professional personal presentation.
+ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts - including evenings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays - across a seven-day roster.
+ A current Australian driver's licence and Australian working rights.
+ Secondary education or equivalent.

**About Garum:**
Garum, is a sophisticated casual and authentic Grossi restaurant. The Grossi family is a genuine family of restaurateurs with a generational commitment to the industry and its people. Garum is seeking creative people with a passion to develop and grow within the exciting hospitality world under the guidance and influence of Grossi and The Westin. Using the inspiration of ancient Rome to explore cooking techniques, traditions and culture and executed with a contemporary edge, Garum will bring a unique concept to the Hibernian Place precinct.
We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals to fill waiting roles to assist with the execution of Guy Grossi menu. Our menu is fun, thoughtful and, most importantly, delicious.
This is a dynamic and challenging role with plenty of career development opportunities. The restaurant seats 130 guests and the service is high quality and professional, a perfect extension of the Grossi brand who is renowned for exceptional service across all of its venues. You will receive expert training and excellent work conditions.
**What are we looking for:**
For our waiter roles we are seeking professionals displaying the following skills and attributes:
+ Previous experience in waiter positions
+ Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
+ Enjoy looking after guests in a section and ensuring a great dining experience
+ Have a keen eye for detail
+ Able to work within a team
+ Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including breakfasts and dinners including weekends and holiday periods
+ Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry
+ Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience
+ Be hard working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life
