About the role
We are looking to hire Permanent Vineyard Operators to join our Barossa Vineyards team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of growing super-premium fruit for some of our most loved Penfolds wines. With shifts varying upon seasonal demands, this role will also give you the chance to pick up paid seasonal overtime! Your day-to-day will consist of:
+ Conduct tractor and machinery operations, including pruning, harvesting, spraying, mowing, mulching, trimming, and leaf plucking
+ Manage irrigation operations and perform maintenance tasks
+ Engage in hands-on vineyard work such as training and trellising to ensure the highest quality standards
About you

About the role
We are looking to hire a permanent Winery Operations Coordinator at our TWE Barossa Winery. Reporting into the Winery Operations Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in operations planning and logistics. A key marker to success in this role is being able to coordinate winery operations and winemaking by interpreting production requirements and translating them into effective cellar resource planning using various scheduling tools and systems. Your day-to-day:
+ Support compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality systems, including fit-to-work reporting.
+ Coordinate cellar work plans and schedules to meet production targets efficiently and on time.
+ Collaborate with cellar leaders to manage labour rosters, leave planning, and workload distribution.

Wrattonbully Vineyards is known for its incredible quality fruit which in turn creates some of our most loved Penfolds wines. Reporting to the Vineyard Operations Manager, this role oversees all facets of vineyard operations, ensuring fruit is produced to specification and business objectives are met through best practice in viticulture, commercial performance, people leadership, continuous improvement, and HSE management. This role requires a confident leader with a strong business acumen that is looking to take ownership of operations. + Ensuring fruit meets end-use specifications and delivers outstanding customer value

**Your day to day**
