About the role
We are looking to hire a permanent Winery Operations Coordinator at our TWE Barossa Winery. Reporting into the Winery Operations Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in operations planning and logistics. A key marker to success in this role is being able to coordinate winery operations and winemaking by interpreting production requirements and translating them into effective cellar resource planning using various scheduling tools and systems. Your day-to-day:
+ Support compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality systems, including fit-to-work reporting.
+ Coordinate cellar work plans and schedules to meet production targets efficiently and on time.
+ Collaborate with cellar leaders to manage labour rosters, leave planning, and workload distribution.
+ Monitor cellar operations and report planning metrics to leadership via dashboards and reports.
+ Liaise with maintenance and freight teams to ensure equipment readiness and bulk wine logistics.
+ Assist with chit creation, vintage intake scheduling, and oak management system implementation.
+ Provide technical support to winemaking and contribute to continuous process improvements.

About the role
Wrattonbully Vineyards is known for its incredible quality fruit which in turn creates some of our most loved Penfolds wines. Reporting to the Vineyard Operations Manager, this role oversees all facets of vineyard operations, ensuring fruit is produced to specification and business objectives are met through best practice in viticulture, commercial performance, people leadership, continuous improvement, and HSE management. This role requires a confident leader with a strong business acumen that is looking to take ownership of operations. Simply put, meeting demand in both tonnage and quality through extensive viticultural knowledge is key to your success, and ours.
Your day-to-day will look like:
+ Ensuring fruit meets end-use specifications and delivers outstanding customer value
+ Manage capital and operating budgets, optimise asset utilisation, and lead capital projects
+ Drive business planning and execute site strategies aligned with regional objectives
+ Minimise production costs while maintaining fruit quality standards
+ Integrate best viticultural practices and foster innovation across operations
+ Align workforce structure with seasonal and business needs; support administration and maintenance functions

About you
To be successful for this role, you will bring:
+ 5 years relevant industry experience, and demonstrated ability to Manage a Large Business unit and grow super premium fruit.
+ Experience in a leadership role in viticulture or related business.
+ Commercial acumen.
+ Human Resource Management experience
+ Excellent communication skills both written, verbal in interpersonal
+ Computer literacy particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

About the role
We are looking to hire Permanent Vineyard Operators to join our Barossa Vineyards team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of growing super-premium fruit for some of our most loved Penfolds wines. With shifts varying upon seasonal demands, this role will also give you the chance to pick up paid seasonal overtime! Your day-to-day will consist of:
+ Conduct tractor and machinery operations, including pruning, harvesting, spraying, mowing, mulching, trimming, and leaf plucking
+ Manage irrigation operations and perform maintenance tasks
+ Engage in hands-on vineyard work such as training and trellising to ensure the highest quality standards
About you
Successful applicants will naturally take pride in their work, be motivated to learn new skills, throw themselves into being one of the team, have a good eye for detail and an overall positive attitude.
+ Vineyard operator experience is a nice-to-have but we are open to a variety of past skills!

About the role
Coonawarra North Vineyards is seeking a driven Assistant Vineyard Manager to help lead vineyard operations, coordinate a diverse labour workforce, and deliver high-quality outcomes across 800+ hectares of vineyards that are responsible for some of Treasury Wine Estate's most beloved wines. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll blend technical expertise with innovation and teamwork to drive performance and continuous improvement.
Your day-to-day can include:
+ Coordinating and implementing weekly and monthly vineyard work programs
+ Supporting business planning and execute site strategies and objectives
+ Drive innovation by integrating viticulture best practices into daily operations
+ Assisting in preparing and managing capital projects and budgets
+ Monitoring and controlling vineyard expenses to ensure cost efficiency
+ Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and fruit quality
+ Recruiting, training, and supporting seasonal and operational vineyard staff
+ Developing and mentoring the vineyard supervisory team to build decision-making capability
+ Upholding and enforcing health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations
+ Ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and company policies, including injury management
About you
Supported by team with strong viticultural standards and knowledge, you will be/have:
+ Tertiary qualifications in Viticulture or a closely related field
+ Extensive leadership experience in viticulture or a related business
+ Strong commercial acumen and human resource management skills
+ Excellent communication skills to communicate across a diverse business via written, verbal, and interpersonal methods
+ A strong adopter of systems and processes at scale
+ Proficient across the Microsoft Office suite (additional exposure to systems such as AgCode are a plus)
+ Experience in hazard identification, risk assessment, and workplace training & assessment
