**About Our Role**
A permanent, full-time opportunity exists for a suitably experienced Farm Hand to join Simplot's Raw Procurement team at our Bathurst based farming / ag operations. Raw Procurement comprises farming and harvesting operations to support our annual sourcing of 450,000 tonnes of potatoes and vegetables in addition to leading innovative R&D activities throughout Australia and beyond.
Our farms are diverse in operations with scope of work incl; row cropping (wheat, barley etc), vegetable (sweet corn, broccoli, cauliflower) and livestock (cattle and sheep) - with the majority of harvested raw materials supporting our food processing / manufacturing operations across Australia and the wider Asia Pacific region.
Reporting to the Farm Supervisor and working alongside a team of experienced farming operatives, this role will predominantly work a Mon-Fri roster, but will require weekend work during busy seasonal periods.
**What You Will Do**
With a focus on workplace safety, quality of crops / livestock, and sustainability - the successful candidate will undertake the following duties including (but not limited to);
+ Operate agricultural equipment & mobile plant - e.g. tractor (w/ various attachments), planter, spray rigs etc
+ Ground work, tilling, crop preparation
+ Irrigation - scheduling, operation and maintenance of our centre pivot irrigation systems (incl. remote operations)
+ Harvesting of a variety of crops incl. vegetable and winter cereals
+ All aspects of livestock & animal husbandry
+ General farm duties e.g. fencing, road maintenance, minor machinery maintenance & pre-starts
+ Mixing of both fertiliser and weed control products in preparation for sprayin
+ Contribute to continuous improvement (CI) activities
**About You**
Ideally the successful candidate will have prior experience in a variety of farming operations with a focus on crop production or livestock and will display the following attributes / skill set;
+ 100% commitment to health & safety in the workplace
+ Knowledge of scheduling nutrient, fertigation and growing of irrigated crops
+ Experience in the scheduling, operation, maintenance and repair of centre pivot irrigation systems
+ Demonstrated experience in the operation of modern agricultural equipment & technology (incl. GPS steer tractors) and / or mobile plant operations with sound mechanical aptitude
+ Positive communication skills
+ Knowledge of best practice husbandry
+ Desire to learn new skills and contribute to overall farm / company initiated continuous improvement (CI) activities
+ Willlingness to undertake a pre-employment medical (incl. urine based drug & alcohol screening)

About the role
We are looking to hire Permanent Vineyard Operators to join our Barossa Vineyards team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of growing super-premium fruit for some of our most loved Penfolds wines. With shifts varying upon seasonal demands, this role will also give you the chance to pick up paid seasonal overtime! Your day-to-day will consist of:
+ Conduct tractor and machinery operations, including pruning, harvesting, spraying, mowing, mulching, trimming, and leaf plucking
+ Manage irrigation operations and perform maintenance tasks
+ Engage in hands-on vineyard work such as training and trellising to ensure the highest quality standards
About you

We are looking to hire a permanent Winery Operations Coordinator at our TWE Barossa Winery. Reporting into the Winery Operations Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in operations planning and logistics. **The role**
Based in our Perth office, the Flora & Vegetation Team are experts in their field, with demonstrated experience in undertaking comprehensive detailed flora and vegetation surveys, targeted significant species surveys, technical reporting, and impact assessments. We have an exciting pipeline of current and upcoming projects spanning across the Pilbara, Great Victoria Desert, Great Sandy Desert, Gascoyne, Geraldton Sandplain and Esperance Sandplain bioregions of Western Australia.
**As part of the Flora & Vegetation Team, you will:**
+ Undertake flora and vegetation surveys, including targeted surveys, in a range of remote and diverse environments across Western Australia.
+ Analyse ecological data and prepare clear, concise technical reports.
+ Liaise with technical and subject matter experts.
+ Prepare proposals, budgets and tender documents.
+ Receive mentoring to develop your technical skills further, driving your career progression.
+ Expand your knowledge across various disciplines including terrestrial fauna, aquatic and marine ecology, mine closure, remote sensing, and environmental approvals.
**To be successful in the role you will need:**

**About the role**
As a skilled and experienced Landscaping Gardener, the successful candidate will join the Landscaping team at InterContinental Hayman Great Barrier Reef. This role extends beyond routine garden maintenance, focusing on the design, construction, and long-term care of expansive, resort-grade landscapes. It plays a vital part in upholding the visual excellence expected of a luxury destination, requiring creativity, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to environmental stewardship.
Position title: Landscaping Gardener Salary range: $38.28 - $3.00 per hour (OTE 75,500 - 85,000 per annum), not inclusive of superannuation.
**Your day to day**
The role involves designing and constructing landscapes, including preparing plans, selecting materials and plants, and building garden features using various materials. The successful candidate will operate and maintain landscaping equipment, ensure plant health, implement erosion and drainage solutions, and respond to weather-related impacts. Collaboration with internal teams, mentoring junior staff, and adherence to WHS and environmental standards are also key responsibilities.
**What we need from you**
The ideal candidate will have experience in landscaping, horticulture, and garden maintenance, preferably in commercial or high-end properties, with relevant qualifications, a White Card, and a Queensland driver's licence. They should be physically fit as majority of the work will be outside, knowledgeable in irrigation and plant care, and possess strong communication and compliance skills.
