About the role
We are looking to hire a permanent Winery Operations Coordinator at our TWE Barossa Winery. Reporting into the Winery Operations Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in operations planning and logistics. A key marker to success in this role is being able to coordinate winery operations and winemaking by interpreting production requirements and translating them into effective cellar resource planning using various scheduling tools and systems. Your day-to-day:
+ Support compliance with HSE, food safety, and quality systems, including fit-to-work reporting.
+ Coordinate cellar work plans and schedules to meet production targets efficiently and on time.
+ Collaborate with cellar leaders to manage labour rosters, leave planning, and workload distribution.
+ Monitor cellar operations and report planning metrics to leadership via dashboards and reports.
+ Liaise with maintenance and freight teams to ensure equipment readiness and bulk wine logistics.
+ Assist with chit creation, vintage intake scheduling, and oak management system implementation.

Wrattonbully Vineyards is known for its incredible quality fruit which in turn creates some of our most loved Penfolds wines. Reporting to the Vineyard Operations Manager, this role oversees all facets of vineyard operations, ensuring fruit is produced to specification and business objectives are met through best practice in viticulture, commercial performance, people leadership, continuous improvement, and HSE management. Applicants should have at least 1-2 years of experience in the role, a keen eye for detail and the drive to create amazing results for our loyal clients. The role incorporates all areas of landscape construction and maintenance, requiring competence in the following areas:

• Interpreting landscape garden designs on site, establishing required works and constructions, and working in a team to deliver high quality finished outcomes < r>• ll aspects of retaining wall, path and driveway, irrigation, drainage, deck and pergola construction using various materials < r>• P eparing sites for the installation of soft scapes such as grass, garden areas and feature tree planting < r>• I stallation of a range of soft scapes (grass, plants, trees etc) with surface finishes such as mulch and weed prevention materials < r>• M intenance of existing soft scapes including mowing, pruning, weeding and irrigation < r>• U ing and maintaining specialist tools < r>• M intaining a friendly and professional relationship with our clients < r>• B rder and flower bed management including spraying and dusting plants. < r>• L af/rubbish clearing, weeding and fertilising < r>• T rfing < r>• W rking on landscaping projects < r>• H rd and soft landscaping < r>• F ncing, Decking, Paver, Slab laying, Wood working, Understanding of retaining wall structures with Block wall < r>• O erating a chipper, mower, strimmer, stump grinder, pressure washer, digger, dumper, chainsaw, and other machinery < r>• M intaining tools and machinery < r>• E suring that all work is carried out in a safe and conscientious manner. < r>
Qualifications Required:
• C rtificate III in Landscape Construction or 3 years’ experience as Landscape Gardener.
