**How you'll make a difference**
+ Deliver process design and technical leadership on a range of municipal wastewater treatment projects, including plant upgrades and new infrastructure
+ Guide project teams, coordinate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders and ensure the technical quality of our work
+ Actively contribute to business development and proposal preparation for future projects
+ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building a strong internal capability pipeline

**The Opportunity:**
* Undertaking options investigations, feasibility studies and reporting on a wide range of complex engineering projects such as water, wastewater, recycled water, resource recovery, biosolids, and odour treatment facilities.
* Leading project delivery and engineering designs for water and wastewater treatment plant projects.
* Applying experience and understanding of treatment projects from concept through to detailed design to ensure successful project delivery
* Leading project teams, ensuring high quality deliverables and budgets are met in a timely manner
* Work and coordinate with a multi-disciplinary design team to ensure constructability of the process designs and compatibility with the design intent.
* Engaging in client facing activities to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
* Building and maintaining client relationships
* Mentoring and sharing your project experience with junior engineers
**About you:**
+ Tertiary qualification in Chemical or Process Engineering, with approximately **6 to 10 years relevant professional experience** in the water and wastewater industry. Experience in wastewater treatment process design and modelling would be advantageous.
+ Highly developed interpersonal skills to develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
+ Highly developed consulting skills to liaise with clients and other stakeholders to achieve mutually successful project outcomes.
+ A positive and proactive attitude with the ability to get involved and lead others, whilst contributing to a vibrant team.
