We’re looking for a skilled Practice Manager to lead and oversee the efficient operation of one of our sites (or potentially across both, depending on candidate capacity). The right person will have strong administrative, leadership, financial, and people-management skills, plus experience in medical practice settings.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations: patient flow, staff rostering, clinic systems, billing, compliance, and standards.

Leadership of clinical and administrative teams, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management.

Manage financials: budgets, revenue (including mixed or private billing), cost control.

Ensure smooth interaction with allied health, pathology, external providers.

Drive business improvement: operational efficiencies, patient experience, quality of care.

Maintain compliance with accreditation, medical record-keeping, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
About You:

Proven experience in practice management (medical centre or similar).

Good understanding of GP clinic operations: billing (Medicare, private, mixed), appointment systems, allied health coordination.

Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to multi-task and manage both people and processes.
