**Position Summary** **:**
The **Commercial Support Associate** will work together with the Spine Territory Manager and will have territory coverage, inventory management, and limited sales responsibilities. The **Commercial Support Associate** will represent the company in accordance with the company's quality policy and procedures.
**Essential Functions** **:**
**Sales Office Responsibilities**
+ Receive requests from the reps to utilize the consignments sets that live in the office
+ Manage calendar for consignment sets (through AtlasOne (ideal), outlook calendar or excel)
+ Ship consignment sets as requested
+ Schedule pickups and ensure loaners get back to Sydney (either directly shipped or forwarded after arriving at office)
+ Inspect and Replenish the consignment sets with either consignment loose item stock that is in the office or from DO replenishments that are shipped to the office
+ Update addresses in GlobusOne when requested
+ Monitor emails/phone calls and redirect to correct contacts if needed
+ Enter DOs/schedule cases in AtlasOne when rep is unable to
**CS/Operations**
+ Last resort for entering DOs and Loaner Requests
+ Update addresses when requested
+ Loaner deployment, inspections, replenishments
+ Entering and fulfilling approved consignment requests
+ Invoicing, POs, etc
**Sales Execution & Territory Performance**
+ Execute a strategic territory plan to meet or exceed assigned sales goals and market share targets.
+ Support the Spine Territory Manager through joint field calls and account strategy execution.
+ Continuously strengthen product and procedural expertise through formal training, surgeon programs, operating room visits, and industry research to enhance field effectiveness.
**Customer Operations & Field Support**
+ Serve as the primary operational contact for local customer inquiries and field team requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
+ Manage consignment orders, and oversee urgent or express shipments and transfers.
+ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, shipments, inventory transfers, and operational activities using internal systems.
**Inventory, Loaner & Consignment Management**
+ Coordinate loaner equipment logistics with distribution center and support customer-facing employees.
+ Administer consignment inventory, including shipment, replenishment, collection, reporting.
+ Monitoring inventory levels within consignment locations to minimise disruption, prevent shortages, and ensure surgical readiness.
**Compliance & Professional Conduct**
+ Operate in full compliance with company quality policies, confidentiality standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.
+ Adhere to the company Code of Conduct, industry codes (including AdvaMed and MedTech), and all corporate policies.

**Position Summary** **:**
The Territory Business Manager is responsible for managing the assigned territory by developing effective strategic plans, utilizing Globus Medical's resources, and aggressively implementing actions to achieve optimal results that meet or exceed annual sales goals. The sales goals and objectives assigned will be met and exceeded by having a full knowledge of Globus products, offerings, and surgical techniques, as well as understanding the customer needs and professionally positioning Globus Medical products above the competition.

**About the role**
This is a permanent full time position for a motivated candidate to join our close-knit loanset/operations team. Located in Seven Hills NSW, this role offers a competitive remuneration with phone and private health insurance allowances. Working in the Operations Team along with local sales team, this role involves picking and packing kits for surgical procedures and other warehouse duties. The successful candidate will possess exceptional ability to work unsupervised, attention to detail, and a proactive driven attitude.
**Key responsibilities and requirements for the role**
+ Co-ordinate the daily dispatch and return of loan sets in NSW as well as supporting other satellite offices around ANZ
+ Receive and inspect all incoming and outgoing loan sets to ensure they match as per the checklist
+ Liaise with sales rep and hospital CSSD staff regarding loan set delivery and loan set return.
+ Replenish consignment resupply to relevant consignment locations
+ Record all stock usage and set movements through IT portal
+ Maintain shelf inventory. Perform stock takes on inventory.
+ Ensure all surgeon preference cards are up to date and accurate.
+ Actively look to improve work flow and processes within the warehouse.
+ Ability to work to deadlines and make decisions to solve problems

**Position Summary**
The **Territory Business Manager - Orthopaedics** is responsible for managing the PRECICE Nail Portfolio by developing effective strategic plans, utilizing Globus Medical's resources, and aggressively implementing actions to achieve optimal results that meet or exceed annual sales goals. This role focuses on driving adoption and market penetration of Globus' **orthopedic solutions** , including innovative and disruptive technologies for trauma and limb reconstruction. Success in this role will be achieved through in-depth product knowledge, strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, and delivering value through clinical expertise.
**Essential Functions**
+ **Drive revenue and market share growth** in the **VIC** territory by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
+ Develop **strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and clinical staff** , positioning Globus Medical as a trusted partner in orthopedic care.
+ Provide **expert case coverage and clinical support** for Globus orthopedic products, ensuring optimal surgical outcomes.
+ **Educate and train** surgeons and hospital staff on the clinical benefits and technical applications of Globus orthopedic solutions.
+ Organize and lead **peer-to-peer events, workshops, and surgeon training programs** to promote Globus technologies.
+ Execute a **territory sales strategy** , including developing an annual business plan with quarterly updates.
+ Regularly provide **market insights and competitive intelligence** to the Globus Medical leadership team.
+ **Manage consignment and loaner inventory** , ensuring product availability and proper utilization within the territory.
+ Attend and participate in **sales meetings, training programs, industry conferences, and trade shows** as required.
+ **Collaborate with the product development team** by providing surgeon feedback and clinical insights to support innovation.
+ Maintain compliance with **Australian healthcare regulations** and industry codes of conduct.
**Qualifications**
+ **5+ years of medical device sales experience** , preferably in **orthopaedics, trauma, or limb reconstruction** .
+ **Bachelor's degree** or equivalent industry experience.
+ Demonstrated ability to **drive territory growth and exceed sales targets** .
+ Strong knowledge of **orthopedic surgical procedures, implants, and instrumentation** .
+ Excellent **communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills** .
+ Highly organized with the ability to **multitask and manage competing priorities** .
+ **Proficiency in MS Office** and CRM tools.
+ Willingness to **travel within Victoria and nationally** as required.
+ Valid **driver's license** .
+ Working with Children's Check - Victoria (or willing to obtain).
