We're searching for new talent to join our Atrium Lounge team. Full-time and Part-time Food & Beverage Attendant with the perfect mix of skills to make every guest experience truly memorable. Ideally, you will have experience in a hotel environment, but anyone with experience in a high-end service environment is encouraged to apply. This is a part-time or full-time position with flexible hours.
**Day to day you will:**
+ Creating a warm welcome for every single guest that sets the tone for their experience with us.
+ Be knowledgeable in all aspect of the menu and derive sales through a professional and genuine approach to hospitality.
+ Prepare and serving drinks to a high standard while highlighting promotions for our guests.
+ Own the cleanliness of your outlet.
+ Minimise waste and reporting any unsafe equipment or practices to your supervisor.
+ Handle cash and credit transactions ensuring responsible financial transaction handling.
+ Work closely with your restaurant and kitchen colleagues to deliver seamless food service.
+ Take on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.
**What we need from you:**
+ Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or possess a valid work right with a minimum of six months remaining on their visa.
+ Must have minimum 4 days of availability for the part-time role.
+ The flexibility to work across a rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays.
+ Responsible Service of Alcohol Certification (SA/Nationally Accredited) & Food Safety Certificate
+ Experience & knowledge - strong bar and service skills and previous experience working in a hotel, restaurant or bar is essential.
+ The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 23 kg, which can also involve bending and kneeling.
+ Your strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so every guest leaves with great memories.

Based on 8 hectares of landscaped gardens, our comfortable, contemporary rooms and suites, as well as delicious dining options provide our guests with a diverse destination experience. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you will work under the direction of our Food & Beverage Supervisors to help ensure the smooth running of our venue.
**A little taste of your day-to-day:**
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:
+ Work across our restaurant, bar, room service and events spaces, delivering wonderful experiences to our guests
+ Striving to make every meal truly memorable for our guests by serving up high standards with our signature flare
+ Keeping the bar well stocked and making sure it's always a clean and safe place to work
+ Helping with washing up and other kitchen duties when the team needs you
+ Minimising waste and keeping your supervisor in the loop about any unsafe equipment, low supplies, or safety incidents
+ Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly
**What we need from you:**
+ Can do positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn new things
+ Team player with a service mindset
+ Embrace and demonstrate our values
+ The strength to lift, push and pull big objects up to 20 kg which can also involve bending and kneeling
+ Hold or willing to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (NSW)
+ Compliance with local laws on food handling and serving alcohol
+ Great communication - you'll be warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to
