**Junior Financial Analyst (13-Month Fixed Term Contract)**
**Location:** Sydney, NSW
IQVIA is seeking a motivated Junior Financial Analyst to join our team on a 13-month fixed term contract. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build strong foundations in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), reporting, and month-end close processes.
Working under close guidance, you will support financial and transactional accounting activities, contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Assist in financial analysis to support business and strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
+ Support the month-end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting
+ Assist with post Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including tracking and analysis
+ Prepare and maintain regular financial reports and dashboards
+ Proactively maintain financial reporting systems, including data collection and consolidation
+ Perform ad hoc financial analysis and general finance administration as required
+ Liaise with operational and finance stakeholders to resolve routine financial queries and discrepancies
+ Support audit processes and provide assistance with compliance-related activities
+ Identify opportunities to improve processes and data accuracy
+ Proactively manage cash collection though co-ordination between project managers, delivery teams, and clients.
+ Generate monthly AR Aging report and update commentary for regional & corporate reporting.
**Skills & Experience**
+ 1-3 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), accounting, or related finance roles
+ Exposure to month-end close processes is highly desirable
+ Experience with **Hyperion** and **PeopleSoft** is strongly preferred
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
+ Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline (required)

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support the implementation and ongoing use of IQVIA's Clinical eSource Platform across early-phase studies
+ Develop deep subject matter expertise across platform capabilities (recruitment, study design, data collection, reporting)
+ Own and manage customer service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
+ Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, and Project Management) to deliver effective solutions
+ Lead client onboarding activities, including:
+ Delivering product training and instructional workshops

**Solution Specialist - Clinical eSource Platform**
**Location:** Sydney or Melbourne
**Experience Required:** 5+ years
We are seeking a **Solution Specialist** to serve as a SaaS implementation and support expert for IQVIA's Clinical eSource Platform. In this role, you will partner with early-phase CROs and Sponsors to drive successful platform adoption, delivering high-quality support, training, and implementation expertise.
This is a client-facing position ideal for someone with strong clinical trial experience, technical aptitude, and a passion for problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Support the implementation and ongoing use of IQVIA's Clinical eSource Platform across early-phase studies
+ Develop deep subject matter expertise across platform capabilities (recruitment, study design, data collection, reporting)
+ Own and manage customer service desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLAs
+ Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Sales, and Project Management) to deliver effective solutions
+ Lead client onboarding activities, including:
+ Delivering product training and instructional workshops
+ Running status meetings and tracking implementation progress
+ Gathering requirements for configuration or enhancements
+ Troubleshooting issues and proposing practical solutions/workarounds
+ Provide ongoing technical support and best practice guidance to clients
+ Participate in audits, demos, and commercial activities (e.g., RFIs) as an eSource SME
+ Contribute to documentation, testing, and validation of new product features
+ Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
+ Travel to client sites as needed for key milestones (e.g., go-live, training)
**Required Skills & Experience**
+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field
+ 5+ years' experience in an early-phase clinical research environment
+ Hands-on experience with eSource, EDC, or eCRF systems
+ Experience using ClinSpark ideal
+ Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new platforms
+ Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
+ Strong time management and prioritisation skills
+ Ability to work independently and take ownership of deliverables
+ Experience in a client-facing or customer support role
+ Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
+ Experience configuring or designing eSource data collection systems
+ Hands-on study floor experience, including electronic data capture
+ Experience working with clinical stakeholders (physicians, nurses, coordinators, data managers)
+ Training or instructional delivery experience
