+ Co‑create the **regional technology strategy** for **Electrophysiology and Neurovascular** in alignment with MedTech business goals - along with broader ASPAC goals; translate strategy into a prioritized multi‑year product and platform roadmap with clear value outcomes
+ Develop technology as a **competitive advantage** -accelerating innovation, simplification, and go‑to‑market agility across priority markets and franchises, including competitive analyis
