The EQ Hotel is seeking an experienced and inspiring Hotel Manager to join our Executive Leadership Team ahead of the opening of Perth's newest luxury hotel.

This is a unique opportunity to lead the hotel's day-to-day operations from pre-opening through to ongoing operations, establishing exceptional service standards, operational excellence, and a high-performing culture that delivers memorable guest experiences.

About the Role

As Hotel Manager, you will lead the hotel's day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong financial performance, and operational excellence across all departments.

Working closely with the General Manager and ownership, you will oversee Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Guest Services, Housekeeping, and back‑of‑house operations, driving service excellence, team performance, and commercial outcomes.

As a key member of the pre‑opening Executive Leadership Team, you will lead operational planning, department readiness, recruitment, service standards, training, and opening readiness before transitioning into ongoing hotel operations.

This is a hands‑on leadership role within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities Pre‑Opening

Lead operational planning and readiness activities across all hotel departments

Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of department leaders and operational teams

Establish service standards, SOPs, and operational procedures

Coordinate mock service runs, operational testing, and opening readiness

Embed a luxury service culture from day one

Hotel Operations

Lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel across Rooms, Food & Beverage, Engineering, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Guest Services

Ensure exceptional guest experiences through consistent service delivery and operational excellence

Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements

Maintain a visible leadership presence throughout the hotel

Guest Experience

Champion a guest‑first culture that exceeds expectations

Lead service recovery and ensure guest concerns are resolved professionally and promptly

Monitor guest satisfaction results and drive ongoing improvements

Work closely with department leaders to deliver seamless guest experiences

Commercial Performance

Support the development and delivery of the hotel's business plan and operating budget

Drive revenue, profitability, productivity, and labour management across all departments

Monitor operational KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement

Balance commercial outcomes while maintaining luxury service standards

Leadership & Culture

Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders and their teams

Foster a collaborative, positive, and high‑performing workplace culture

Support recruitment, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement

Promote accountability, teamwork, and continuous development

Compliance & Risk

Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, hotel policies, and operational standards

Support emergency preparedness, incident management, and risk mitigation

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

About You

A minimum 5-7 years' experience in a senior hotel operations leadership role (Hotel Manager, Operations Manager, or similar) within an upper‑upscale or luxury hotel

Proven experience leading multi‑department hotel operations across Rooms and Food & Beverage

Previous pre‑opening hotel experience will be highly regarded

Strong commercial and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, labour management, and cost control

Demonstrated success building high‑performing teams and leading operational excellence

Strong understanding of Australian workplace legislation, WHS requirements, and hospitality awards

Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related discipline are preferred

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

An exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Seafolly Miranda!

You will be a positive and inclusive leader whose focus is on creating customer experiences to empower women to feel confident at the beach, whilst supporting the Cluster Manager to foster an inclusive and fun working environment for your team.

This role is for someone eager to develop their retail management career and skills.

This is a full-time, permanent role working 38 hours per week (Sunday to Thursday, late finish on Thursday)

You will:

Lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture

Deliver training regularly to develop your team on exceptional customer service and styling

Ensure your store always represents and meets the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards

Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock, and financial management

You have:

1-2 years experience as a Assistant Store Manager or supervisory role.

Have previous experience in the fashion retail industry

VM experience is ideal

Have a proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success
