The Agile coach will play a key role in supporting the organisation with agile transformation ensuring the business objectives for adopting and advancing the agile values and principles and continuously improving upon the practice.

The Agile Coach will train, mentor and coach teams and individuals on their process, to help them improving their success as a team and their effectiveness with Agile. The Agile Coach will be expected to live the agile values and principles as well as play a hands-on role demonstrating and facilitating agile practices such as discovery sessions, inception workshops, planning, retrospectives, estimation sessions, daily stand-up, tracking progress etc
