Full Job Description

We launched our business in 2009, and during these ten years have built an amazing reputation as experts in the Agile Transformation and Delivery, Lean Business Architecture, and Product Design & Innovation spaces.

Listed six years running on AFW’s Fast 100, demand for our services is high and so we're looking for a number of team level experienced Agile coaches to join our highly reputable and successful teams.

As an Agile Delivery Coach you will be working with a major client who is facing complex challenges in response to competitive, customer or market pressures. They don’t need theory, they need traction, and quickly.

About You

As an experienced Agile practitioner coach, you will have a proven track record in developing and coaching a wide range of both technical and business teams working agile/scrum.

You will:

  • Be an innovative thinker and people motivator and are passionate about what you do 
  • Keep up with the latest developments in Agile practices by attending meetups, building a rich agile coaching network 
  • Be pragmatic and flexible rather than coaching by the book and recognise that coaching is about your team!
  • Love what you do and help teams to learn, become empowered and to deliver
  • Have at least 12 months experience in an agile/scrum environment in a coaching/team development role
  • Will have been an Agile team coach, iteration manager/scrum master, Delivery Lead, Solutions Delivery Manager or Quality Assurance role
  • Be a client champion building strong stakeholder relationships at all levels and setting/resetting realistic stakeholder expectations as needed
  • Use your deep knowledge of several agile methods (e.g. Scrum, XP, Lean Software Development, Kanban, LeSS, SAFe, Scrumban, or Nexus),
  • Contribute to expanding the understanding and practice of agile principles and values in your team
  • Have the ability to identify and remove bottlenecks and organisational impediments
  • Be open and transparent coaching other interdependent teams as well, and
