About The Role

Reporting to the Group Finance Manager this role is responsible for providing high quality, accurate and timely financial accounting support to ensure compliance, enhance decision making and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of intercompany accounts and bank reconciliation
• Preparation and processing of month-end reports up to the trial balance stage
• Handling accruals, prepayments, and subsequent journals
• Reconciliations for the general ledger and balance sheet
• Management of intercompany transactions
• Fixed assets monitoring and reconciliation including depreciation on monthly basis.
• Participation in Accounts Payable, encompassing payment processing and bank reconciliation
• Contribution to Accounts Receivable, including issuing invoices, chasing payments, and bank reconciliation
• Execution of ad hoc accounting tasks to help the team
  
  

About you

• Minimum +3 years experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency in SAP (SAP S/4HANA preferred) is essential
• Pursuing CPA certification
• Ability to be hands on and practical in developing solutions to meet relevant standards and requirements
• You have a high attention to detail, strong organisation capabilities, and a track record in recommending and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to influence and engage a broad range of stakeholders.
