Paint Melbourne is an industry leading coating systems provider looking for an enthusiastic and highly driven professional to join us in a new phase of growth for our business. 

This is a key role with multiple opportunities for professional development and progression for the right candidate. 

What you will be doing:

• Seeking and securing new business

• Identifying opportunities, requirements and recommending solutions through customer engagement and site visits

• Presenting commercial coating solutions to our existing and new prospective customers

• Building a sales network throughout VIC

• Working in collaboration with our technical, project management and operations teams

What we are looking for: 

• Sales experience, specifically in the construction industry

• Proven ability to grow and nurture customer and partner relationships

• Demonstrated strong commercial acumen and an awareness of maintaining knowledge of current market trends

• Able to work in collaboration with colleagues with effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and within a team

• A hunter who takes pride in achieving and is results driven

• Ability to achieve KPI targets
