Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)

About the role

Part of the Northeast Auto Group, Big Chief Hire supplies top-tier truck, earth-moving machinery, plant & equipment solutions. Our extensive clientele includes prominent private and government organizations. We exclusively maintain state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring regular servicing and comprehensive safety inspections to guarantee peak performance and security.

A Business Support Coordinator in a truck and equipment hire company plays a pivotal role in ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly. This position requires a combination of administrative, customer service, and operational skills to provide effective support to both customers and the company's operations team.

About You 

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the truck and equipment rental industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment tracking systems.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in the equipment rental industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
