Local Health District (CCLHD) as an Administration Officer in our
Integrated Booking Unit, where you will drive efficiency and
compassion by managing waiting lists for essential operations.
About You
- You have demonstrated customer services skills and experience with an understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
- You have demonstrated ability to provide administrative and clerical support activities.
- You have demonstrated computer/data entry
skills, specifically with MS Office products, in particular Microsoft
Word, Excel, Email and Databases

You will be responsible for facilitating appointments, managing schedules, liaising with patients and healthcare providers, ensuring accuracy in records, and facilitating the smooth flow of operations.
