Development Project Manager - One Sydney Harbour

Full Job Description

We have an opportunity for a Development Project Manager for One Sydney Harbour Development to be based in our Barangaroo office. This role will be a 12 month fixed term contract.

The purpose of this role is to oversee, monitor and undertake project and program management activities, conducting analysis and reviews to provide input into plans, processes and procedures, contributing to the improvement, completion and delivery of projects.

In this role you will lead and develop the project operations and resources within the region including liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project/business strategy is being met by the function.  In addition, but not limited to involving/ leading bids, start-up projects at early phase and set up project resources structure and strategy for the life of the project.

You will be responsible for supporting the R2 program which requires the project to move from concept/DA stage through to sales, contract price, design completion.

To be successful in this role you will be professionally qualified with appropriate delivery experience within the residential sector, you will also have –

• At least 10 years experience leading residential projects
• Exposure to large scale projects
• Excellent communication skills, possessing the ability to manage the expectations of a variety of stakeholders
• Demonstrable ability to work to considered timelines

Key to your success in this role will be your ability to provide leadership skills and build solid stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.  In addition, strong commercial acumen, technical skills, strategic capability and the ability to navigate through complex environments, ambiguity and change.
