Full Job Description

With new and improved technology, we’re keeping up with current trends and we’re now seeking a Driver to drop off and pick customer vehicles and assist with re-calibrating the vehicles camera systems once we’ve replaced the windscreen.

All training will be provided on the job, so prior calibration experience is not necessary. All you need is an excellent attitude and a willingness to learn and a good driving record !

 you will be responsible for:

  • Pick up and drop off customer cars @ Airport, automotive dealerships, and various locations around Darwin in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist storeman in pickups and drop off.
  • Assist with ADAS recalibrations as required.
  • Providing first class Customer Service to all customers to ensure that you are meeting and exceeding their expectations.
  • Making occasional outbound calls to customers and liaising with branch and external service providers
  • Complying with the requirements of Health, Safety & Well-being policies and procedures
  • Be a valuable member of our team, contributing to our success and actively helping to create a positive environment.
  • Attend to any ADHOC duties when required.

To be considered you will have:

  • Ability to drive Automatic and Manual vehicles.
  • Have a good driving record and sound knowledge of road network in Darwin.
  • A true passion for delivering customer service excellence.
  • Confident, engaging approach and a natural ability to communicate.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team.
  • Must have excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to meet all deadlines.
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and changing environment.
  • A strong desire to succeed.
