Our Spa – Gladstone

Our beautiful Gladstone spa is conveniently located upstairs on level one of Gladstone Central shopping centre, down from the cinema in amongst boutique clothing stores and cafes.

Boasting 7 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your Role 

endota spa Gladstone is looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Spa Manager / In Spa Trainer to lead and inspire our team of therapists. This role will work alongside the Spa Manager in the day to day management of the therapist team, operational performance and ongoing training and development.

This position is a full time opportunity, weekend and late night availability a must. Your days will include a combination of client services, delivering training sessions and leadership management.

Your Skills & Experience

As an endota therapist, you are willing to share your time, experience, and expertise – not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.

  • Minimum 2 years beauty experience
  • You hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience
  • A Cert IV in Training & Assessment (advantageous)
  • You are interested in further personal and professional development 
  • You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards.
  • You have availability to work late nights and weekends.
  • You have previous experience managing and supporting a team of dedicated therapists
  • You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy
  • You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire others with your customer service focus
  • You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills.
