Teaching - Early Childhood (Education & Training)

ECKA is seeking passionate Early Childhood Diploma and Cert III Qualified Educators for ongoing and fixed term part-time positions and casual for immediate commencement. Come and work for a leading NFP Early Years Manager in Regional Victoria - Ballarat and Surrounds.

Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8.00am – 4:30pm

We are seeking compassionate Early Childhood Educators with a commitment to providing high quality early education and care experiences to children in their care.

As the perfect applicant, you utilise the latest research and evidence to develop effective practice models and educational experiences for children in your care. You have a passion for providing high-quality education that enhances the learning and development of all children; and as an advocate for children, you plan and partner with families and communities, to creative a culture of respect, courage, collaboration and compassion. 

Your strong interpersonal skills and understanding of and respect for diverse social and cultural values and attitudes in relation to caring for children enable you to foster a culture of learning through reflective practice.

To be considered for employment, you must meet the following criteria:

• Qualified Early Childhood Educator with current WWCC
• Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• Demonstrated understanding of and ability to provide high quality education and care experiences in accordance with the NQF
• Demonstrate a passion for Early Childhood Education where you approach your work with a sense of possibilities and positivity.
• Demonstrated high level communication skills to ensure close, kind and co-operative relationships with staff, families and community.
