The Role:

As an Enterprise Architect within the Salesforce Practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architectural landscape of their clients’ businesses. You will leverage your deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, combined with a strategic understanding of enterprise architecture, to design and implement robust, scalable solutions that align with business goals and technology strategy. This role demands a balance between technical proficiency, strategic thinking, and leadership, ensuring that Salesforce solutions effectively integrate with the broader enterprise architecture to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of enterprise architecture strategies for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and technology landscape.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient Salesforce solutions that meet the complex business requirements of large-scale organizations.
• Act as a liaison between the business, IT, and Salesforce practice, translating business requirements into technical solutions that fully leverage Salesforce capabilities.
• Guide and mentor a team of architects and developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into the enterprise architecture where appropriate.
• Lead architectural discussions and workshops with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite, to drive decision-making and consensus.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and architectural guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Salesforce solutions architecture, with a strong understanding of Salesforce products, features, and limitations.
• Transitioning from a Salesforce-focused role to a broader enterprise architecture perspective, with the ability to integrate Salesforce solutions into a comprehensive enterprise architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and business processes.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is a plus.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering excellence.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect) are highly desirable.
