Join our team as the Food & Beverage Supervisor within our Private Gaming Room.

The role of Food & Beverage Supervisor is a hands-on, leadership role which will assist in the effective running of our private gaming room. The role will enable you to focus on guest satisfaction by maintaining efficiency of service, general product, and technical knowledge as well as exceptional standard of delivery and professionalism. You will oversee and assist F&B attendants to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring our food and beverage outlets are prepared and organised to meet business requirements.

In your role you will initially have the opportunity to work across Treasury Brisbane whilst being involved in the opening of The Star Brisbane.

A few of your responsibilities

  • Supervise team members and assist the leadership team with any training and development needed for team members
  • Monitor the quality of food and beverage service to ensure high standards are always maintained
  • Ensure a high level of guest experience is always provided in the venues and is professional, hospitable, timely, effective, and efficient
  • Set specific daily performance objectives for all team members and supervise the service flow
  • Make recommendations to the Venue Manager that will assist in maximizing revenue and minimise costs to meet company and division budgets

What we will be looking for

  • Previous supervisory experience in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accreditation in Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • The ability and knowledge to build rapport with a diverse range of guests

Your thorough understanding of RSA compliance coupled with your RSA Certificate, will see you create a safe environment for guests and team members alike. You’ll bring a strong track record in managing hospitality teams, coupled with flexible availability for a full-time position.

You’ll have a background in Food & Beverage leadership, with demonstrated experience leading and inspiring teams to success. Communication is your forte, effortlessly connecting with a diverse range of guests to create memorable guest experiences.
