We have an incredible opportunity for a Marketing Automation Lead, to join our Melbourne based team on a 12-month fixed-term contract .MECCA’s Personalization space is rapidly evolving, with many exciting projects planned or in flight to ensure MECCA is the ultimate Digital Destination.
The Role You Could Play:
Our Digital Customer Engagement team is looking for a Marketing Automation Lead who will play a key role in bringing the MECCA magic to life through our digital channels with experiences that delight and inspire action.You will be part of a team responsible for accelerating growth, by delivering personalised , fully orchestrated journeys and ensuring every interaction we have adds value to our customers.
Day to day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leveraging your expertise in SFMC studios such as Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Ad Studio and Content Builder , and Marketing Cloud Personalisation (form erly Interaction Studio) to deliver holistic digital campaigns and journeys across email, push, and web and app personalisation .
Lead a team of Marketing Automation Specialists and external partners
Solution design, document and implement SFMC solutions using SQL, Ampscript , HTML, CSS
Build out new journeys and optimise existing ones, identify , and build, data points, segmentation, triggers and template setups needed to execute across all customer touchpoints
Maintain and validate data in SFMC, including imports, exports, parsing, queries, and overall hygiene
Drive innovation within the customer journey
Test and validate campaign setups across platforms to maintain the highest level of quality
Create recommendations to continuously improve campaigns
What You Will Bring:
Balancing strategy with tactical execution, you will always have the north star in focus, delivering innovation and market leading experiences, while optimising live marketing automation performance. You will be comfortable working with complex data sets, commercially astute and comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality customer conversion and overall market share growth.
You will also have the following skills:
Proven experience in email marketing and/or marketing automation platform and digital experimentation
Advanced Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise including HTML, CSS , Amp- Script and SQL
Ability to interact and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exceptional problem-solving skills with an ability to innovate in finding solutions
Experience in agile ways of working and tools such as Jira and Confluence
