About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Marketing Director,  you’ll drive the company’s communications and content strategy and find ways to rapidly build our brand in new markets, and position Fresho as an undisputed leader in the space. Working with marketing managers in the UK, Australia and New Zealand you get an opportunity to shape this new role and build your career. You’ll engage with customers, media, industry partners and others, using all the tools at your disposal (especially multimedia such as video) to tell compelling stories. This is a hands-on role with a lot of scope and a great growth opportunity for someone who’s passionate about what technology can do for our customers.
What you'll do
    • Design and implement a clear content and social media strategy that achieves the agreed performance targets, in brand building and lead generation.
    • Own PR  for the business, collaborating with internal stakeholders including the COO, CEO and Sales Director and Marketing Director.
    • Plan and execute both the owned media channels, in particular social media, website content as well as earned media such as industry and general press. Create the tools and processes to execute the strategy effectively.
    • Consistently deliver high-quality written and in particular visual contentCoordinate with external agencies where required, managing budget and outcomes.
    • Build and manage a library of written and video assets such as case studies, interviews and thought leadership articles.
    • Analyse performance metrics to identify content and campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
    • Present performance reports to key stakeholders, offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
    • Ensure all communications adhere to brand guidelines and are localised for global markets.
    • Monitor industry trends, innovations, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Experience and Qualifications
    • A bachelor’s degree in Communications or Marketing.
    • At least 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on content strategy and creation
    • Experience in PR planning and execution
    • Experience in the direction and creation of multimedia content, in particular video
    • Experience working autonomously
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a strong understanding of sentence structure, grammar and punctuation
    • Fast-paced and able to manage multiple priorities and prioritise accordingly
    • Ability to pick up new concepts quickly, and easily articulate those concepts succinctly 
    • Some experience with the concepts of  SEO and relevant analytics tools such as Google Analytics and social media tools. 
    • Previous experience in using Salesforce, Wordpress and Hubspot is an advantageTeam player
    • Strong analytical skills
