National Sales Manager - Electrical - Brisbane Head Office

This National Electrical Supplier has enjoyed strong growth in the Australian market. They are well known in the Electrical industry and are now looking for their next National Sales Manager to be based in the Brisbane Head Office.

The Role

• Mentor and coaching Sales Representatives
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to implement new sales strategies for new customers and existing products
• Build strong relationships with key accounts
• Develop company sales budgets
• Meet planned sales goals
• Develop new strategies to market existing products
• When in office also assist with inbound internal sales enquiries from new customers
  
  

The Person:

• History of driving external sales team to achieve double digit sales growth
• Experience effectively leading and managing an external team of local and interstate Sales Representatives
• Currently State Manager or Sales Manager for a large national business within the electrical field dealing with end user customers
