Architects (Information & Communication Technology)

Join our team as a Principal Data Architect and lead the charge in delivering cutting-edge data architecture services for our client. As the Principal Data Architect, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining data practices, providing solutions, guidance, and implementation leadership for the use of data and AI to enable our client's corporate objectives.
 
Key Accountabilities:
 
Data Architecture Leadership:

• Requirements analysis and develop data architecture aspects for preferred solutions.
• Ensure alignment with data architecture standards and principles.

Establish and Maintain Data Architecture Practices:
Delivery of Data Strategy and Business Objectives:

• Lead delivery of business outcomes through the enterprise data strategy and roadmap.
• Establish standards for data modelling, structuring, and formatting.
• Design and lead delivery of data warehouses while working with the analytics team.

Support GRC, Data and AI Innovation:

• Collaborate with the Data Governance team.
• Lead delivery of data management projects.
• Build a centralized data architecture platform with the tech team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of demonstrated experience in data architecture leadership roles, ideally in similar capacity.
• Experience architecting data models/principles, operational models, producing data architecture roadmaps, data solution designs and architecting data migration strategies.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and AI technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Salary on offer is between $170K to $190K plus super.
