What You’ll Do

Join us as a strategic Technology Leader, who has extensive digital domain experience, with expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud and CRM platforms. You'll drive strategic decisions, leading the architecture of robust solutions that unlock 1:1 data driven personalised experiences across our app, web and digital retail channels, and design solutions that help to deepen relationships with our most important customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide thought leadership and operate as genuine trusted advisor throughout technology (and the broader Group).
  • Influence strategic decision making and investment priorities toward the evolution of the agreed future-state architecture.
  • Analyse and highlight redundancies and duplication in business capabilities, information technologies, services; and barriers to delivery.
  • Maintain and evangelise agreed strategic architecture principles.
  • Deliver considered Technology recommendations and patterns. Identify potential business model innovations that may be possible through emerging technologies.
  • Acts as a consultant on a broad range of technologies, platforms and vendor offerings to drive targeted business outcomes.
  • Lead evaluation, design and analysis for the implementation of solutions architectures across a group of specific business applications or technologies based on enterprise business strategy, business capabilities, value-streams, business requirements, and enterprise standards.
  • Provide guidance on key design decisions and recommend solution options based on industry best practices and patterns (drawing on your experience with the Adobe MarTech stack).
  • Advise on the detailed design and delivery of specific solutions through proactive consulting and advice to teams.
  • Analyse the business-IT environment (run, grow and transform the business) to detect critical deficiencies, legacy and technical debt, and recommend solutions for improvement (systems of record, differentiation and innovation).
  • Provide technical documentation, including solution design documents, diagrams and implementation guidelines.
  • Assess the technical feasibility of new product ideas.
  • Work closely with the product owners to ensure a robust architectural runway that can support future business requirements throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Consult with Enterprise Architects to ensure the project or product is aligned with the overall enterprise architecture.
  • Create an environment where agility and continuous improvement is built into work practices and actively champion agile practices, supported by effective governance.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years’ experience in architecture and development positions in large-scale ICT environments.
  • Experience in delivering on architecture practices that produce measurable business value and outcomes.
  • Proven experience architecting Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Journey Optimiser or Adobe Campaign leveraging Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Proven experience architecting and integrating with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
  • Demonstrated experience consulting and providing advice to C suite business leaders and technology teams, with a proven ability to develop creative and efficient solutions.
  • Excellent at assessing and communicating technical options, implications and recommendations via simple, concise and compelling reports, briefs and roadmaps.
  • Experienced in a range of agile frameworks, Dev/Ops, and other best (and next) practice.
  • An extensive understanding of the Information and Technology industry, as well as technology trends and next practice.
  • Solid understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity, risk and compliance requirements in an ICT context (e.g. PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 9000).
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation and associated regulations.
