RESPONSABILITES

• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are met
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, engineering, project management)
• Proven experience as a Project Director or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project management software and tools
