KAEFER Integrated Services Pty Ltd are currently seeking experienced Project Director for an ongoing project based in Perth, Western Australia.

Your key area of responsibilities will include:

Demonstrated ability to managing specific project scheduling and coordination of activities and the tracking of progress and costs. Demonstrated ability to manage safety, quality, productivity and performance of activities. Prepare and reviews reports on progress, materials used and costs, and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports. Confer with and direct supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting; specifications, and coordinating various phases of the project to prevent delays. Ten (10) years’ of overall experienced in construction, core maintenance and turnaround maintenance. Must have worked on a minimum of three (3) large construction and/or maintenance projects.

To be considered for this role you must have:

Experience in delivering on major projects. At least 10 year (s) experience in a similar role. Experience dealing with a range of discipline techniques. Engineering Degree or Similar. Project Management and / or Management Training or Qualifications. Leadership and Personal Management Training.

Our practical and affordable custom house designs and plans have been favored by many homeowners in Sydney suburbs when they have wanted to build a new home, an extension, a granny flat, or a dual occupancy.At present we need Construction Project Manager to perform the following duties:DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Managing all resources from the start to completion of projects within budgetary and timeframe requirements.2. Estimating, supervising staff and reviewing tender submissions.3. Plan all construction operations ensuring that deadlines are met.4. Delivering a high standard of work and the ability to organize and manage the site team.5. Manage all internal and external relationships in particular building strong working relationships with clients.6. Successfully negotiate contracts with external contractors.7. Manage and Supervise – team of Engineers, Architects & Construction Workers8. Recruit – team of Engineers, Architects & Construction Workers9. Manage Complete Human Resource Circle – from Recruitment, Training, Allocation & Wages10. Budget Management – Prepare estimates, Allocate funds & manage expenses11. Arrange and Lead weekly meetings with Engineers, Architects and Professionals12. Communicate & Liaison with Government Authorities, Businesses and External Sake Holders,13. Communicate & Liaison with Property Owners & Clients14. Communicate and Deal with suppliers. Negotiate Prices – Machinery, Equipments & Materials15. Visit site location, review drawings and plans16. Comply with Commonwealth & State building regulations and laws17. Comply with Health and Safety RegulationsKey experience requirements for this role:1. Experience as a Construction Project Manager in the construction industry2. Experience in contracts administration3. Strong communication skills to liaise with all stakeholders including clients, consultants and the team4. Be a team player but also have the right leadership qualities to get the best out of your team.5. Ability to conduct audit reporting, record register management and quality control Computer proficient with the ability to use Buildsoft, Microsoft Office Suite including Projects.6. Sound working knowledge of BCA, NCC and Australian Standards Exceptional organizational and time management skills.7. Experience in Cost control, monitoring and reportingAppropriate candidate must have the following skills, education and experience:Education: Bachelor Degree or Higher Degree in related fieldAustralian Experience: At least 3 + years of Australian Experience OROverseas Experience: At least 3+ years of Overseas ExperienceSpecialist: Construction Project ManagementWork Rights: Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident or Full Work Rights Holder

• Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.• Ensure quality, safety, and compliance with project goals.• Review and approve construction project designs and plans• Manage budgets, track expenses, and communicate with stakeholders.• Maintain project records and provide regular status reports.• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners and contractors• Manage the project teams, providing guidance, support, and direction to all on-site staff.Qualifications:• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, specializing in structural and civil work.• A degree in Civil Engineering or related field• Operational experience in civil engineering• Proven project management experience on projects ranging from $10m+• Strong knowledge of construction methods.• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and contractors• Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage
