About the role

We are currently seeking a Project Director for a major infrastructure projectin Sydney. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.

Key responsibilities

  • Sole responsibility for the delivery and detailed design management process for the project
  • Lead project teams tocontinually exceed expectations, whilst ensuring the construction process is controlled and adheres to strict safety, quality, programme and financial objectives
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve and exceed expected outcomes for the client

About you

  • People-centric leader, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong experience in managing multiple stakeholders
  • Significant experience in senior leadership roles on large-scale infrastructure projects
  • Extensive construction experience including construction planning and management, managing multi-disciplined teams, budgeting and planning, procurement, risk management, client management, dispute/issue resolution
  • Relevant Engineering or Construction Management degree
  • Managing contractor model experience preferred
