The Company:
Our client has been established for 30 years and in that time has become one of the most recognisable names in construction up and down the East Coast of the country. Their in-house professional skills include construction management, design and construct, project management and quality assurance as well as a very successful stand-alone property development division.

The Opportunity:
As a result of continued success and their pipeline of work, this company is getting ahead of the curve and will appoint a new Project Manager that has experience delivering relevant hard dollar projects with a reputable builder. As the Project Manager, you will report directly into the Construction Manager & Operations Manager, and you will have site teams in your remit to drive, support, and mentor as part of the project delivery.

To be successful you will have the following:

• A construction Management degree is preferred
• Demonstrated experience working as a PM with a mid-tier construction company
• Hard dollar project experience on the builder’s side
• Ability to lead & mentor
• Proficient in Office and project
• Design & Construction project experience
• Ability to manage a team of Contract Administrators and supervisors
• Tendering experience
