We have an opportunity for what we call a 'Rental Operations Agent' to join our fantastic team based in Moranbah!

About the Role

As a Rental Operations Agent you will be involved in all aspects of our business! This varied role covers both our front and back of house operations. On the counter you will be interacting with our customers, marketing products and services, completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

On the other hand, you will be inspecting vehicles for damages and maintenance issues, driving, and parking our cars as well as cleaning vehicles (interior and exterior) in the wash bay so they are ready for our customers.

T his is a casual position that requires a minimum availability of 3-4 days per week where you will be scheduled to work during our operating hours being Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:00pm , Friday 7:30am - 3:00pm & Sunday 3:00pm - 4:00pm.

What we're looking for

• Applicants must have a full and valid driver's license .
• Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service, sales or similar roles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.
• Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
• Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
