Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Covering our Ormeau QLD clinic, as the Retail Consultant / CPAP Therapy Consultant, you are employed on a full time basis working 38 hours a week.

Our clinics' primary objective is to assist our clients/patients with tailored end-to-end solutions, treatments and management of obstructive sleep apnea. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

• Full and comprehensive training provided
• Being the first point of contact for our new/existing clients
• Interactions are either over the counter and/or phone and emails
• Providing advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups and on-going services
• Interacting with physicians, hospitals and medical service providers
• Upsell of our products and services
• Maintaining and sterilising clinic equipment
• Processing orders and clinic stocktake

Are you a MATCH?

• Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously in clinic

• Sound customer service experience: customer lifecycle stages

• Computer skills and confidence in using google suites

• Interest in CPAP therapy/sleep medicine

• Strong organisational and administrational skills
